In this section of the scripture, Paul is writing to many different churches and people around the area, telling them to oppose false doctrines, to live in peace, and to live by faith. Many churches are being swayed by false teachers who say the Gentiles must live by some specific rules of the Jewish law. Paul emphasizes that this is not important and that encourages them to stay strong in their faith in Jesus Christ. What a great section of the Bible. Enjoy the episode!

I always love this part of the bible when we can read Paul's letters to various groups of believers. He is encouraging, convicting, and a great teacher. Enjoy the episode!
This week we dive into the history, beliefs, and customs of Jehovah's Witnesses. Going into this week of research, I didn't understand why the JWs I knew couldn't say the pledge of allegiance or celebrate their birthdays, and although I disagree, there is pretty solid logic to back up these decisions. We talk about the fascinating church history, the rejection of the Trinity doctrine, and the belief that their is no hell. Tune in for an episode that will challenge all your theological assumptions.
