Phil Naylor, is a depute headteacher and has worked in education for over 20 years. Phil is an expert in research and evidence based practice with CPD. Phil has written for TES, Schools Week and the Royal Society of Chemistry. He presents regularly at conferences around the topics of behaviour and CPD. Phil created the outstanding Naylor’s Natters over 18 months ago by starting conversations with teachers on all areas of education.
