Professor emeritus at the University of California San Francisco, Dr. Michael Merzenich, is a world authority on neuroscience and brain plasticity. He is the co-founder of Posit Science and Scientific Learning, and has recently released a new book called Soft-Wired. Dr Merzenich has done several Ted Talks and a truly understandable brainiac.

Even more interesting to hear is that, because he helped her comprehend the brain and become excellent in neurofeedback, Lynette is his science groupie!

Dr. Merzenich is Lynette’s one and only guest today because she just couldn’t get enough of his take on auditory processing and its relationship with brain development.
