Today's guest, Sophie Sou, is a dancer, mentor, and choreographer based in Vienna, Austria. She quit her 9-5 job and left her home town to study dance in Copenhagen and Los Angeles to pursue a career as a professional dancer. She gave dance everything she had. Little did she expect that dance was going to teach her how to cultivate self-love and confidence in so many different ways. After years in an industry that is lead by comparison, body shaming and judgement, she is now dedicating her life to coaching Women to reach deep Body Connection, Self-love and Confidence. In 1-1 Sessions, Mentoring Programs and Group Workshops she offers a unique experiences for body, mind and soul.

Welcome to the first episode of 2023 with my beautiful Osteopath, Miyako Kurihashi, who is going to blow your mind. She is a healer, practitioner, teacher, and Artist guiding you back to your spirit and soul through somatically connecting you to your body. 

Miyako came to Toronto from Japan with a desire to be living in diversity. Her mission is to help people connect with the innermost potential of their wellbeing with body, mind, and spirit as one. She went to Shiatsu Academy of Tokyo and immediately after she went to the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She has been practising as an osteopathic manual practitioner since 2009. She loves to listen, observe and understand each individual so that she can effectively communicate with each person uniquely. As influenced by her parents, art, healing, and spirituality are all a dynamic part of her life.
