Someone wanted our advice to determine if they overreacted or reacted just enough when they felt a line was crossed by a very close friend. This of course made us think about different boundaries you need for friends and how those boundaries are handled. Let’s just start by saying: The Queen is Back!!! Beyoncé released her newest album 'Renaissance' this past week and we had to chat about it. First, WE ARE LIVING FOR IT! She did it for the GWORLS!!! We discuss our real opinions on the new album, which Bey we get, how we feel about it, etc. Jame went through all the levels of emotions of a Beyoncé release… Shout out to the insomniacs lol. We are a part of the BEYHIVE and there will never be any slander LOL. Bey knows what we need when we need it so we LOVE it!

There’s also a viral TikTok going around telling us to THINK BIG BISH! Year 3 is here, and we are thinking about what we want for the show! We’re telling ourselves to think BIG! Our guest this week is Elliott Johnson, Co-Founder and CEO of SoulMega DC. We met Elliott a few months ago at a tasting event where we tried their flagship beer ‘Worldwide’ American Pale Ale. Now, you guys know we are not beer girls but this beer was amazing! He shared with us how he and his partner started SoulMega, why they chose to create beer products, and where you can get it. He even gave us a quick chemistry lesson on how to make beer. SoulMega DC is hosting their MEGAFest this year and we had to pick his brain about Music, beer, and wine festivals. Simply Lemonade Spiked is finally on the shelves in MD so we had to a “A Sip and A Shot Taste Test”! We tried all 4 flavors: Spiked Lemonade, Watermelon Lemonade, Blueberry Lemonade, and Strawberry Lemonade. You know we’re honest to a fault lol so we had to give our top faves! We also gave you guys some ideas on making some ‘Sips’ with it!

We haven’t done a good Social Media Week in so long that we actually missed it, so we had to bring you some craziness! The most interesting topic that’s been everywhere is BEYONCE is coming back! We don’t when, we don’t know where but we know she is coming back! So you can only guess which category we filed that under! We gave our take on Young Miami’s new Podcast ‘Caresha, Please!” and the conversation between her and Diddy. We had to say “Truuuuee” to a few lessons taught on there! We got to dive in a little deeper into the Lori Harvey situation and share WHY all of us need to have a little of her in us! Remember: we can be Caresha, Lori, or Ciara but NEVER Rasheeda LOL. Court is in session this week with the Case of Ex! For those of you who watch ‘Ready to Love,’ you saw the episode where one of the dates/experiments was for the ladies to have a date with their potential lover and their potential lover’s ex. NOW, we had a lot of initial reactions but we had to stop and think the negatives are obvious but what could be the positives of this interaction between potentials and formers. We also had to discuss if we each would have a date our potentials ex. There was also a great idea that would avoid meeting but also leave a ‘review’ … y’all know Jame has some great ideas especially when she’s sippin! Cheers!

We started this episode hype because the sun was out, and our Sip and Shot were both Tropical drinks! Tropics for the Topic! ‘Deal or No Deal’ was inspired by a Tamron Hall interview saying when her fiancé did not dive in the water to save her, she knew the relationship was over, it was an automatic deal breaker for her. So, we had to see if this would be a dealbreaker and if we could see why it is or isn’t. You know we had to discuss what our deal-breakers were, including outfit changes and parental relationships lol. We also found some other “crazy ones” like ability to swim, nail length, dating friends former lovers, and many more. What’s the craziest deal-breaker you have and have heard of? Cheers!
