Is it ever ok to sleep with someone on your friend’s couch? What a question! Someone wanted our advice to determine if they overreacted or reacted just enough when they felt a line was crossed by a very close friend. This of course made us think about different boundaries you need for friends and how those boundaries are handled. In typical VJ and Jame fashion, we disagreed on the reaction but understood the argument. This made us think of another boundary friends can sometimes cross which is being too friendly. NYAK Cognac made this Social Media Week so fun! We started out with a BISH WHET… always know: we never mean to be judgmental and if anything comes across hurtful, please allow us grace. So, Jame started wild! 30 minutes of head + a micro penis + parental advisory… y’all will hear! Next, we asked an age-old question: “Men, if you could be a woman for a day, what would you do?” The responses were hilarious, and we think the first thing they should all have to experience is a ‘cycle.’ Who agrees?? We had a bit of disagreement with one topic, couldn’t decide if it was a “Please Stop” or “Bish Whet” tell us whose side you’re on: VJs or James? Let’s just start by saying: The Queen is Back!!! Beyoncé released her newest album 'Renaissance' this past week and we had to chat about it. First, WE ARE LIVING FOR IT! She did it for the GWORLS!!! We discuss our real opinions on the new album, which Bey we get, how we feel about it, etc. Jame went through all the levels of emotions of a Beyoncé release… Shout out to the insomniacs lol. We are a part of the BEYHIVE and there will never be any slander LOL. Bey knows what we need when we need it so we LOVE it!

There’s also a viral TikTok going around telling us to THINK BIG BISH! Year 3 is here, and we are thinking about what we want for the show! We’re telling ourselves to think BIG! We will keep some things to ourselves (we love an announcement LOL) but we did want to share with you! Our guest this week is Elliott Johnson, Co-Founder and CEO of SoulMega DC. We met Elliott a few months ago at a tasting event where we tried their flagship beer ‘Worldwide’ American Pale Ale. Now, you guys know we are not beer girls but this beer was amazing! He shared with us how he and his partner started SoulMega, why they chose to create beer products, and where you can get it. He even gave us a quick chemistry lesson on how to make beer. SoulMega DC is hosting their MEGAFest this year and we had to pick his brain about Music, beer, and wine festivals. You know we had to also give some of our favorite festival moments: Caribana, Made in America, and many wine festivals (you know we love wine LOL)! So! The Crazies are out!!!! We had to talk about all the cazy stuff that has happened over the past couple of weeks. (btw who is Blueface) We also try to figure our if it’s a gap or a missing tooth lol. She’s not alone in the crazy so we had to give some of the craziest shit we did for love too. Next up: Tyrese and his 23-year-old girlfriend…. Anytime Black Ty is out, just know the crazies are out. Ain’t nobody trying to manipulate that 43-year-old. Period. Then, we realized we’ve been going and going and have brought a few new people on our journey so we wanted to do a Q&A so you could get to know us a little bit more. We found some online, so you know this is going to fun. Questions like: “what’s the weirdest text you ever got?” “university vs. life experience, which preps you for life?” “where would you want to travel that you’ve never been” etc. are just the beginning. Simply Lemonade Spiked is finally on the shelves in MD so we had to a “A Sip and A Shot Taste Test”! We tried all 4 flavors: Spiked Lemonade, Watermelon Lemonade, Blueberry Lemonade, and Strawberry Lemonade. You know we’re honest to a fault lol so we had to give our top faves! We also gave you guys some ideas on making some ‘Sips’ with it!

We haven’t done a good Social Media Week in so long that we actually missed it, so we had to bring you some craziness! The most interesting topic that’s been everywhere is BEYONCE is coming back! We don’t when, we don’t know where but we know she is coming back! So you can only guess which category we filed that under! We gave our take on Young Miami’s new Podcast ‘Caresha, Please!” and the conversation between her and Diddy. We had to say “Truuuuee” to a few lessons taught on there! We got to dive in a little deeper into the Lori Harvey situation and share WHY all of us need to have a little of her in us! Remember: we can be Caresha, Lori, or Ciara but NEVER Rasheeda LOL. Court is in session this week with the Case of Ex! For those of you who watch ‘Ready to Love,’ you saw the episode where one of the dates/experiments was for the ladies to have a date with their potential lover and their potential lover’s ex. NOW, we had a lot of initial reactions but we had to stop and think the negatives are obvious but what could be the positives of this interaction between potentials and formers. We also had to discuss if we each would have a date our potentials ex. There was also a great idea that would avoid meeting but also leave a ‘review’ … y’all know Jame has some great ideas especially when she’s sippin! Cheers!

The Sip: Ex-Boyfriend Cocktail & The Shot: Breakfast in Hell

We started this episode hype because the sun was out, and our Sip and Shot were both Tropical drinks! Tropics for the Topic! ‘Deal or No Deal’ was inspired by a Tamron Hall interview saying when her fiancé did not dive in the water to save her, she knew the relationship was over, it was an automatic deal breaker for her. So, we had to see if this would be a dealbreaker and if we could see why it is or isn’t. You know we had to discuss what our deal-breakers were, including outfit changes and parental relationships lol. We also found some other “crazy ones” like ability to swim, nail length, dating friends former lovers, and many more. What’s the craziest deal-breaker you have and have heard of? Cheers!
