Are you aligning with what you really want?  The problem is an opportunity and always staying in the place of receiving the challenge as the growth opportunity. It is not always easy. I had a tough conversation with a loved one recently that really put me in my defense mode for about 5 minutes and then I realized this is manifesting outside of me because it is an opportunity for more awareness and growth in this moment. Are you being Authentic or Inauthentic? I released my new book Authentic Alignment about a month ago and have received some questions in regards to this book and the concept of inauthenticity and authenticity. How do you know if you are being inauthentic or not?  Probably if you are asking this question, you are not living from your true essential self. Because if you were then you would be living in authenticity. What are ways to stimulate your authenticity? Forgiveness doesn't change what has happened but it sure changes what can occur in the future. Alot of people think that forgiveness is a weakness, but only the strong know how to truly forgive because as we forgive others we forgive ourselves.  We all make mistakes and yes sometimes it is heart wrenching to experience some of the things that people will do or say. How does fear show up in our lives? What happens in our bodies on a physical level when this happens? Guess what we could be addicted to the feeling that the fear creates. But if we can get into the present moment it can help shift our perspective about fear. Most of the time we are worried about the future or re-creating the past experiences. Fear shows up as anger, jealousy, envy and in other forms.
