On this week's episode, Vicki dives deep into the subject of the blame game and why it's best not to play. Blaming other people and circumstances when there is very often room for us to take responsibility for our success and failure is disempowering. Analysing and taking stock of our weaknesses and mistakes gives us a way to change the outcome in the future. This is how we learn and grow – both essential ingredients to a wealthy life.
Vicki talks terrible clients, mindset, taking control of our uber-environment, and how the language we use can powerfully affect our actions, their outcomes and the course of our lives. Language can either serve as an excuse for inaction or shift your focus toward success. If you have a clear picture of what your successful, wealthy life looks like, your odds of success blossom. Rather than passing off blame and making excuses, look for opportunities and make shifts that transform your life for the better.

Episode 26 – Chantal Cooke – Building a Bridge to a Wealthy Life
On this week's episode of A Wealthy Life with Vicki Wusche, I sit down with my third podcast guest, Chantal Cooke, to talk about her experience accidentally starting out in property investment. We discuss her evolution from one flat she let out in 1997 to growing her portfolio and her property management skills over time. By age 50, Chantal was able to semi-retire, purchase a large rural property to settle in and choose exactly which days and times she wanted to work at the job she loves.
Chantal Cooke is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster, co-founder of the UK's first ethical radio station PASSION for the PLANET, a property investor, and CEO of successful boutique PR agency, Panpathic Communications. Chantal is also a Non-Executive Director of the World Food Travel Association, Gaydio Brighton (part of the Gaydio stable of radio stations) and the National Association of Licenced Paralegals.
If you have been wondering what a property investment journey might look like, and all the benefits it can bring to your wealthy life, make sure you listen to our conversation today – and take notes! Chantal is a wonderful example of someone who planned and strategized to create her own ideal wealthy life.

Episode 024: Purpose is the path to a wealthy life
On this week's episode, I am speaking with Yaa Antwi-Nsiah, a good friend of mine and a Mindset Mentor & Coach. As a Peak Performance Coach and Lifestyle Architect, she helps women who are ready to reach their next level eliminate negative self-talk and breakthrough what's been holding them back so they can have clarity, confidence and prosperity in their career and lifestyle.
We're going to be discussing purpose, mindset and values, particularly how Yaa used a mindful awareness of these principles to transform into an entrepreneur, full-time London transport employee, property investor and coach in the space of several short years. We think of awareness as a map on our wealth journey, and purpose as the destination that guides our actions and decisions all along the way. Without a clear purpose, we may get stuck feeling unfulfilled and directionless. We may not create a strategy or know what success will eventually look and feel like. Yaa is an expert at shifting mindsets to find and align with a purpose that draws you to your wealthy life.

Ep 023: Awareness is the key to success
In this week's episode, I kick off our four-part interview series with a conversation with Josh Grecco – a Mindscan-certified business coach from the United States with over a decade of business development experience. His primary focus is on coaching business leaders to harness their REBEL ENERGY in order to live the most fulfilling life possible. He hosts a weekly podcast with a fellow coach, called #truthseekers, where guests share their experiences overcoming obstacles to get to where they are today.
Our conversation touches on the importance of mindset, knowing oneself and the role of a good business coach – hint: we tend to ask a lot of questions. Josh presents a unique tool called Mindscan that helps individuals identify their thought processes so they can put self-awareness to work for them.
This episode will make clear the importance of mindset and self-awareness, and we will present tools and techniques to arm you with these skills while you are building your own wealthy, successful life.

In this episode of the podcast, I introduce an upcoming four-part interview series, designed to help you create your own bridge to a wealthy life.
As you listen to the podcast, and put my advice and strategies into practice, you will start feeling prepared to plan for your own wealthy life. But as you start to take control of your finances, you may find your progress is hindered by limited resources.
This is why we think about our path to a wealthy life like a bridge: some people can do it in one simple step, but many others need extra support enabling us to get to the other side.
My four upcoming guests are all experts in their field, from property investors to coaches, and listening to this series will give you the tools you need to build the right bridge towards your wealthy life.

In this episode I am going to talk about the three simple questions you need to constantly ask yourself at an unconscious level:
Why? What? How?
As children we're so curious and inquisitive, but as adults we lose this. We stop asking these simple questions which will help us make better decisions and better life choices.
This podcast is going to empower you with these three questions and teach you how to use them to enhance your life and make better choices about everything from what you should drink to where you should invest your money.

Do you feel you are living your life according to what you truly want it to be life? Or are you just going along doing what you think you should?
In this episode I am going to get you thinking about if you are living the life you want.
I am going to talk through three case studies using my own experience as a consultant to many people who want to better manage their finances to create their ideal lifestyle, and I am going to help you figure out if your career, your circumstances and your income are worthwhile relative to your happiness.
It's so easy to get stuck on a path just because we think it's the right thing to do, or because we burden ourselves with excuses, but nobody ever achieved their wealthy life by settling, and neither will you.

There's a lot of concern around a recession. We all have memories of the 2009 global financial crisis – banks shut their doors, people lost homes, jobs and pensions. So the word 'recession' is one that still strikes fear into many of us.
We're living in quite an unpredictable time, when just two years ago we were in the midst of the Covid pandemic, and now the word is facing political uncertainty as the War in Ukraine continues. Sanctions in Russia and ongoing impact of Brexit is forcing our cost of living up and petrol prices have reached an all time high.
But do you need to be scared?
I get it – times are hard and many of us are really pinching our pockets right now.
Well here's the good news...
You can still make ends meet. You can still put food on the table. You can still keep a roof over your heads, and you can still sleep easy at night knowing you have money in the bank.
Because regardless of wars, pandemics, interest rates and all these other things we can't control, I'm going to show you how to do the things you can control, and do them well enough to give you and your family the financial security and peace of mind you need.
