I met Brit and Shell one year ago. As soon as I stepped into their space I felt something different. They were incredibly welcoming, and they knew exactly what they were about in their business. I soon found out that the tight-nit community that these women have created together is incredible, and so I was excited in this episode to sit down and talk about this.

In a lot of businesses, the founder or owner will tell you that community is the thing that sets them apart, but a lot of the time, it's more of a lip-service to the word.
