Circles of Influence.
What is your most valuable asset? And how can you be doing right now to maximize the value of that asset?
This week Andrew is joined by his co-host, Luke Miseyko, to talk about the value of your network and the impact of others in your life. They spend time analyzing how you are impacted by your "Circles of Influence," how to upgrade your circles, and the value of mentorship. Most people are oblivious to the ways that they are influenced by the people around them. There is both subconscious and physical influence that your circles of friends have on you, so upgrading those circles and increasing your network must become critical components to your success.

How to Stay Motivated.
How do we stay motivated to reach the goals that we set for ourselves? Why do people wait until New Years to start taking steps to become the person that they need to be? Why do people rarely hit the goals they set out to accomplish?
These are the questions Andrew answers on this week’s podcast. The ability to set meaningful goals and achieve them sets apart the best from the mediocre. Anybody can take steps towards hitting their goals when they’re feeling motivated, but what happens on those days where we don’t have the motivation to move forward? This is what holds back most people from ever achieving what they set out to achieve. Andrew covers his keys to success when it comes to setting goals, achieving what you set out to do, and the role motivation needs to play in your success.

Are you ready to face the hard truth?
In the first episode of the podcast, Andrew explains that young people now have bigger goals than any generation before them. Unfortunately, the traditional path to “success” that has been preached to them their whole lives is misleading. We’ve been told achieving the “America Dream” requires a specific traditional path, but that is not the case today in America. People are not ready for what’s really coming. The current landscape is changing radically.
The purpose of this podcast is to bridge the gap between what we’ve been told and what it really takes to achieve success in the ever-changing landscape of sales, entrepreneurship, and the American Dream.
