OVS- Office of Victim Services is the office for victims of crime. As long as they have a police report filed within 7 days of the crime, even if the person is not arrested, they are entitled to money for loss of wages for up to a year after the crime… even if the crime was 10+ years ago, just have to advocate! And get as much medical documentation as possible!
