Marcell Niederhauser has been part of various network marketing companies for 31 years. He was one of the first Distributors to join LifeVantage. The leader you see today isn’t the same person he was when he started this journey. He was terrified of public speaking for years. He thought he could be the first person to succeed in this industry without ever speaking in public. In this episode, he teaches the steps to become the leader who pulls your team up behind you. Marcell doesn’t believe in scarcity and measures his success by seeing how many people he can help reach the top.

Marcell never liked the idea of following convention, let alone having a boss. And it didn’t take him long to put his ambition to work. As a student, he started his own landscape maintenance company, which eventually became one of the largest businesses in Utah. Oh, and that didn’t get in his way of earning three bachelor’s degrees (along with an associate degree) in the process. It wasn’t until after selling his business that Marcell was able to finally become a full time “do what I wanter” by becoming one of LIfeVantage’s original distributors. Today Marcell is focusing his ambition towards helping others go full time in what they truly love. Dr. Dondee Nettles calls his childhood, “tumultuous, but wonderful.” He struggled to discover his authentic self and took other peoples’ counsel over his intuition, but eventually found his passion in chiropractic care.  His relationship with LifeVantage began as a customer because he wasn’t initially excited to get involved with network marketing. Then he saw significantly better results in his health than he’d witnessed before, which he attributed to his Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer use. He started giving it to his patients and saw similar results. So, he became a Distributor, which allowed him to leave his chiropractic practice and spend more time with his kids while earning an income. Today, the science behind the LifeVantage products keeps him excited to share them with others. And he has big things in store to help people get an even better understanding of the products.

Dr. Dondee Nettles is a former Family Wellness Chiropractor and his wife, Marci Nettles, is a former Police Detective. Now, the Elite Pro 9s are full-time network marketers. They met through LifeVantage, know the value of relationships, and understand the power of activating wellness and opportunity! Blue & Raelene Elam had 6 kids within 7 years. They were in a tight spot financially but grew up believing that wealth could only come from an inheritance or completing a postgraduate degree. So, once they found out about network marketing, they spent a lot of time researching opportunities where the products and compensation plan provided what they were looking for. That’s when they found LifeVantage–it checked all the boxes. Their family’s support made it possible to jump into LifeVantage headfirst. They know that everyone who joins the company brings different skills and education to the table, and the industry allows everyone to build on what they already know. Blue, Raelene, and their 2 oldest daughters were in a major car accident that eventually left Raelene with both of her legs amputated. The security LifeVantage provided eased a major burden during this difficult time. Blue and Raelene share that if you keep digging in and believe in the company, you’ll set yourself up for success.

Blue Elam grew up on a ranch. After high school, he served a 2-year mission for his church and worked as a foreman. Both experiences gave him a passion for helping people realize their true potential. He completed a fire science degree in hopes of following in the footsteps of several uncles and cousins by joining the Tucson Fire Department. While at school, Blue met Raelene, who was playing volleyball on a scholarship at the University of Arizona. They dated for 5 months before getting married and have now been married for almost 25 years.

Blue made the Tucson Fire Department, where he continued to help those in need. In 2008, Blue and Raelene discovered network marketing. They instantly fell in love with the idea of serving others while developing their own leveraged income. They are now LifeVantage Executive Master Pro 10s. Their successful business allows many others to spend their time where it matters most. Blue retired from the fire department 12 years ago. 

Blue, Raelene, and their family reside in St. George, UT. They enjoy outdoor sports, hunting, fishing, and camping with their 6 children. They continue to pave the path to success and develop leaders around the world.

Marc Shinsato was hesitant to join a network marketing company. Then, the thought of what his future would look like if he didn’t take a chance on network marketing convinced him to make the jump. Marc has been part of various companies in the industry and has consistently worked hard to earn his rank as Master Pro 10 with LifeVantage. His favorite thing about this industry is the relationships. And he believes company events are vital to your success. They helped him advance quicker than he could have otherwise. Marc received his MBA from Brigham Young University before entering the network marketing industry on the corporate side of things 27 years ago. He started seeing all the freedom Distributors were creating in their own lives. He wanted that—both for himself and for his family. Since he joined LifeVantage, he’s made an impact across the company and the entire industry. Time and time again, he’s shown how far dedication, hard work, and a great attitude can take someone. But despite all his success, Marc sees himself as a family man first. He is married to the love of his life, Sheri, and father to 4 amazing children.

Carrie Dickie wasn’t a natural-born leader, and she didn’t have much confidence when she was younger. She has trained herself to be the leader you see today. She’s used mantras, self-help books, and constant forward movement to get where she is now. She has dealt with imposter syndrome and shares tips for anyone else dealing with it. Carrie Dickie lives in San Juan Capistrano, CA. She is the mother of 2 boys, Lain (25) and Cameron (23). She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in advertising. Upon graduation, she knew what she didn’t want to do with her life but had no idea what she DID want to do. She stumbled into the great profession of network marketing by chance nearly 30 years ago. Brett Brimhall is a chiropractor by trade. His father became a chiropractor after both of his parents were healed separately by chiropractors. His mother also earned multiple degrees to discover how the whole body worked together. This gave Brett the foundation he has today. He believes deeply in whole-body health and works to heal all the body’s systems together. He gives the body what it needs to do its magic and heal itself by removing any obstacles. Brett teaches people how to combine the LifeVantage products with his 6 Steps to Wellness to help their bodies function optimally.

Dr. Brimhall has been married to Holly for 26 years. They have 4 beautiful children together. He has used his chiropractic practice to train health care providers around the world since 1995. He worked with his father to pioneer the 6 Steps to Wellness. As part of that system, he trains on nutritional supplements, chiropractic tools and techniques, and how to treat the body as a whole. In 2014 he saw changes in a patient he had worked with for over a year after introducing them to a breakthrough technology from LifeVantage. He is on the Science Advisory Board with LifeVantage and loves to share its life-changing science and opportunity with the world.

Dr. Skip Campbell met his best friend and future wife, Jill, at a football game at Ricks College, now BYU Idaho, where they both attended school. Skip spent 4 years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician working with bombs, bullets, and missiles in the United States Air Force after college. He then went back to school to become a chiropractor, which he practiced for 18 years in Denver. Jill is a licensed cosmetologist and was a hair stylist for 30 years.

They were introduced to LifeVantage in 2009 and have loved every minute. They achieved the rank of Elite Pro 7 in 6 months and were Master Pro 10s in just 30 short months. They have been married for over 37 years and have 3 adult children and 8 beautiful grandchildren. Washington, UT, is currently home. Skip likes to golf. He and Jill enjoy riding their Harley-Davidson motorcycle and playing with their grandkids in their pool! Owning their time is one of their greatest blessings in life.

Master Pro 10 Tyler Daniels shares how he was introduced to network marketing, some of the roadblocks he’s encountered along his journey, and a new business mindset.
