First, Mulligan outlines a Class Action lawsuit that involved a baby crib being recalled and lasts years. Secondly, Mulligan shares a legal proceeding that was out into motion due to protesters blocking a Tanker facility on the Lower Mainland and saw lawyers attempt to implement Judicial Notice.
