We’re joined by a legend in the St. Louis hospitality scene, many of you may know Adam from the face behind the local favorite Mission Taco Joint. In 2024, Mission was hit with a lawsuit and had to go through a new rebrand to Session Taco in 2025. With 7 locations, the group is still bringing that same west coast vibe with some fun new additions to menu. 

We talked with Adam about his childhood, entrepreneurship, future of Session Taco, and more.
