CW: This episode contains descriptions of drug use, CSA, DV, and suicide.

Methamphetamine, or meth, is a highly addictive stimulant that affects the central nervous system. It leads to intense euphoria, increased energy, but has severe dangers. Meth abuse causes physical and mental health issues, addiction, cognitive impairments, and the production process is hazardous.

Growing up with a parent grappling with drug addiction can be an incredibly difficult and tumultuous experience for a child. The constant instability, neglect, and unpredictable behavior can leave profound emotional scars, impacting their development and well-being. Tragically, some individuals who grew up in such environments may find themselves vulnerable to addiction later in life. Breaking free from this harrowing journey requires immense strength, resilience, professional help, therapy, and a strong support network. Overcoming addiction and finding a healthier path to recovery and self-discovery is possible with the right resources and determination.
