Robert Powell holds several prominent positions within the financial industry. He serves as the editor-in-chief of the Investments and Wealth Institute's (IWI) Retirement Management Journal, the world's first peer-reviewed journal solely dedicated to retirement income. He also hosts the Exceptional Advisor podcast by IWI. Powell is both a Certified Financial Planner® and Retirement Management Adviser® certificant.

Steph Guild is Head of Investment Strategy for Robinhood Financial. Prior to joining Robinhood, Steph spent 21 years within the financial services industry, most recently as a Managing Director and Investment Specialist at JPMorgan Private Bank. Steph’s previous experience at JPM includes working with institutional and intermediary clients in London and NY within the US Equity team, and as part of the broader client advisory team, both within JPMorgan Asset Management. Steph holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a CFA charterholder. She is registered with FINRA, holding Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
