The Interior Ministry has renewed the curfew in the Bawku Municipality and its environs in the Upper East Region. The duration of the curfew, which took effect from Wednesday, May 11, 2022, is 8:00 pm to 5:00 am

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has disclosed that a committee established by his government is working on a proposal to establish an airport that will be strategically located between the Central and Western Regions to serve their air travel needs.

Some residents of Kaase in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, on Sunday afternoon attempted to siphon fuel from a fuel tanker that had overturned regardless of the danger it posed to them. People were seen running towards the tanker with their buckets in hand to fetch the fuel.
