Life has us coming and going so much that sometimes we don't know which way is up. And, before you know it, we feel stressed, burned out, have anxiety and other health issues. These feelings have become some peoples 'normal'. Today's speaker can help us adjust and gain a healthy balance in our lifestyle.
Guest:
Dr. Judy Wright is an accomplished medical director, author, and speaker who is dedicated to promoting health and wellness, stress management, and life balance. Born, raised, and educated in New York City, Dr. Wright received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology before earning her medical degree. After
completing her Family Medicine residency, she worked as a Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center School of Medicine in NYC. She also gained extensive clinical experience in a variety of clinical settings, before transitioning into the managed care space.
With over 20 years of experience as a family physician, Dr. Wright approaches each client - whether a patient, a customer, or a mentee - through a holistic lens. She believes that a person is much more than just their diagnosis or lack thereof and encourages her clients to learn about themselves and understand
their individual needs to manage and optimize their overall health and well-being. Dr. Wright empowers women leaders experiencing overwhelm to take charge of their professional and personal lives and overall well-being through consistent stress management, mindset shift, tailored self-care, and accountability.
Dr. Wright is the co-host of the Queens On Call podcast and co-author of the book "Self-Care is not a Mani-Pedi". She lives with her husband and two children and enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and DIY projects. Follow her to stay updated on her latest work and insights.
