"What's interesting is I also reported on the Women in the Workplace Report 2021. It's done by Lean In and McKinsey and this year it was interesting. The research found that women and people of colors are leading the diversity and inclusion efforts and being the people managers to check in with their teams and how they're doing. But there was also a section about allyship and a trend was that it found that white women feel like they're being really great allies right now, and women of colors didn't feel the same. I think there was a disconnect between what allyship is and what that looks like." Holly Corbett
