Over the past weekend we took on the 4x4x48 challenge put on by David Goggins. Which is a running challenge where you run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 miles. You end of running a total of 48 miles. It is an interesting challenge and a test of your mental toughness. In this podcast we dive into our learnings from the challenge and how we handled the twists and turns we were faced. If anything this challenge got us jacked to take on some more big challenges! 

Everyone in the world has been affected by the pandemic in some way, shape, or form, WHAT are you doing to stay positive and spread JOY to others?

3 hours 15 minutes a day, 22 hours a week, 94.5 hours a month, 1,134 (47 Days) a year the average person is on their phone...think of what you are missing out on my staring at your phone! And we are all guilty of it. 

We dare you to turn your phone off or on airplane mode every once and a while.

Our first guests Cate and Tony share their story, life, and business adventures with us and it was a wonderful time. We learned and gained so much inspiration from these two and hope you all do as well. A personal favorite topic of ours was talking with Cate and Tony about their spousal teamwork and how they love to work together all the time. It showed us how beautiful a working relationship can be.
