One of the great things about health and wellness is the idea of exploration, believing how there is something out there that fits for your life and helps you in your healing journey. For Sylvia Arellano, a Physical Therapist Assistant with 25 years of experience in all areas of healthcare with a primary focus on Neurorehab, healing does not have to fit within just the confines of traditional physical therapy. Instead, it should be catered to what inspires the individual. She explains this in detail and shows how personalizing our experience through the process of exploration works. Searching for healing is in itself an act of exploration. In this episode, learn the value of tailoring your healing to yourself. Once you do that, you are going to make leaps and bounds of progress.
