Which instigates the moral reflection that life is made up of sobs, sniffles, and smiles, with sniffles predominating.
    ------------
    Which instigates the moral reflection
that life is made up of sobs, sniffles, and smiles,
✔that: reflection의 내용을 설명하는 that절입니다. '...라는 성찰' the fact that...(...
✔is made up of...: ...
    with sniffles predominating.

Which instigates the moral reflection that life is made up of sobs, sniffles, and smiles, with sniffles predominating.

There was clearly nothing to do but flop down on the shabby little couch and howl. So Della did it.
    ------------------
There was clearly nothing to do
but flop down on the shabby little couch and howl.
    So Della did it.

The Gift of the Magi by O. Henry
ONE dollar and eighty-seven cents. That was all. And sixty cents of it was in pennies. Pennies saved one and two at a time by bulldozing the grocer and the vegetable man and the butcher until one’s cheeks burned with the silent imputation of parsimony that such close dealing implied. Three times Della counted it. One dollar and eighty-seven cents. And the next day would be Christmas.

    Three times Della counted it.
Della counted it three times입니다.
    One dollar and eighty-seven cents.
And the next day would be Christmas.
Tomorrow will be Christmas(내일은 크리스마스가 될 것이다)를 과거형으로 바꾸면 tomorrow는 the next day가 되고, 조동사 will은 would가 됩니다.

Pennies saved one and two at a time by bulldozing the grocer and the vegetable man and the butcher until one’s cheeks burned with the silent imputation of parsimony that such close dealing implied.
    -----------------------------
Pennies saved one and two at a time
by bulldozing the grocer and the vegetable man and the butcher
✔by [-ing]: ...
    until one’s cheeks burned
with the silent imputation of parsimony
    that such close dealing implied.

✔sixty cents (of it) was...: 100 kilometers is a long way.
