Just a reminder that the preseident doesn't make a single law, congress does.  Presidents have to sit back and wait for the sausage to be made and it will come to them to sign or veto and probably look nothing like they are promising.  If you believe you candidate will change the laws and basing your vote solely on on who has the better lan, you will be sorely disillusioned in a few years.
