The people of Ukraine have been suffering a never-ending bombardment of Russian missiles and strikes. And as the country reels, a rapid and sweeping government re-shuffle is taking place. Matthias Schmale, United Nations Resident Co-Ordinator in Kyiv tasked with helping the Ukrainian civilians who continue to pay the highest price, joins the show from Ukraine.
