After experiencing mystery health issues for years, Michelle was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and various gut issues and begun to seek answers and new lifestyle choices to help with her thyroid condition and debilitating symotoms. She then discovered the Autoimmune Protocol otherwise known as AIP and went on to create a food blog that would help SO many also searching for answers to their health struggles. She discovered the massive difference diet can make and now develops recipes to help heal from within.
