Focusing on leadership development, this program will provide supervisors with tools they can use to review their current management practices and identify areas in which they can be more reflective and mindful in interactions with supervisees. Throughout the presentation, participants will be asked to engage in critical self-assessment and will gain insight into their own blind spots when making leadership and management decisions.
