Today I wanted to talk about trying to find a positive in the days or months after you quit drinking. Looking for positives instead of looking for negatives. It's all very easy to look for and pick out the negatives, especially in those first few days when you are going through the hangover. You know there's an easy solution to this, you just go back to what you used to doing, to go back and pick up where you left off, to get a six pack, a couple of cans, whatever it is that you want, and all your troubles will go away.
