This podcast is for you, if you’re looking to sell websites, SEO, videos to companies, and if you want to charge a lot of money, and get a large margin on your products and/or services, and build a successful company.
A common misconception people have, and a common limiting belief most people have, is that when they’re charging a lot of money for a service, they feel like they have to be spending a lot of money to make it. An example from one of my students: “I realized I have one big question, what you would do if your client confronted you, and he knows that you’re doing your work, using cheap templates. What would be your approach? If he confronts you.”
I have a very simple answer to this question, and that is called good business. This is a good business practice, you want to buy low, and sell high. That’s how the whole world works. Everything that you’ve ever owned, or bought, has been manufactured, or created, or done cheaply. It’s been done in a country where it can be done cheaply, and then it’s been shipped over to you, and been sold at twenty, thirty times the price, that’s how the world economy works.
If the client ‘confronts’ you, he wouldn’t even know in the first place. The client may ask if you used a template for your website, and you can say: “yeh, I use a template, that’s how websites are made”. Done, this is the end of the conversation, this is how everything is done.
Everything you see around you, including the house you live in, is done cheaply, with cheap labour, cheap processes. Everything has been optimized, and people who work for the company, work cheaply (they are cheap labour). If you work for a company, you’re cheap labour generally.

Have you ever found yourself in a company where new projects tend do just fizzle out, disappear, and die a slow lingering death. Or have you ever tried to start a company, where you try to implement something new, you try to get it going, get those skills going, get the marketing going, and slowly nothing happens. It just starts dying, and you end up having a job, for some guy you don’t like, and going through traffic every morning, and you want to ‘kill yourself’.
I’m going to cover how to implement stuff properly, so you don’t give up, and it doesn’t fizzle out, and you’ll have a successful business, where stuff gets done. You want to develop the habit of getting shit done, and developing new processes that are implemented in to the business.
The best way I’ve found to do this, is to only add three new things to any given process (this is what I’m doing right now). If you have an established process, you’ve been doing it for thirty to ninety days (that’s almost on auto pilot). So for me, standing in front of the camera, and just talking, eventually some content will come out.
If I want to add new features to the process, I can’t do ten new things, I have to do a few little things. I’ve found I can do three things, which I can add to an existing process successfully. There are things like explaining the topic better, making the title more clear, and having a better call to action. Things like this, are relatively easy to add.
A lot of newbies make the mistake, of getting a new tip for their business, and then changing everything. It could be something like the title of the blog should be different, then they decide to do the intro differently as well, and then they decided to edit the outro, then maybe the content should be written differently, and it just goes on and on.

In this podcast, I have a special topic I’m going to write about. I’ve been asked several times, by my subscribers, about where I come from. Having had twenty of you guys ask me now, I’ve decided to tell you.
This can benefit you, if you’re in a shitty situation, and you think that you don’t have the opportunities in front of you, to be successful, and run a successful business. If you have this mentality, what I’m going to tell you, will help you out.
I was born in communist Russia, and it was a shithole. We lived next to a military training ground, and we weren’t allowed on the street, because it was too dangerous: regularly cars would be set on fire, and all kinds of other stuff.
Regardless, we got the hell out of there. Communism ended, so went to different countries, and moved around, from one country to the next. We ended up in Belgium, and I went through the normal high school, primary school, and college. All that bullshit social conditioning, that everyone does.
I could never fit in, because I didn’t want the same thing everyone else wanted. In high school for example, they did a survey, where they asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. Everyone else wrote something different to me. Their goal was to get a wife, a house, a dog, and a stable job. That’s what everyone literally wanted. I was there, and my goal was to make money, and the teacher said: “Aleks, happiness doesn’t come from money”, and I responded with how would you know? You aren’t rich.
Then the whole class ganged up on me, questioning the belief system that I had, and calling me: “a socialist little shit”.

Aleksander Vitkin interviews Gulliver Giles about his sales system.
I’m interviewing Gulliver Giles, and he’s most famous for his Armour Of God, which is a strategic objection handling system. He’s really big on getting people to buy, out of a place of love and respect, but not taking any crap from them either.
He’s a coach in sales, and he runs a three million dollar company, coaching people in sales, and he’s worked in seventy to eighty different industries, so he’s been around.
He’s also really good at systematizing sales, and scripting for teams. So he can go into almost any business, systemize their sales, and make a script so their business generates more sales.
Gulliver, regularly goes into companies, with five to ten people on the team, and doubles and triples their sales results.
For anyone interested, Gulliver’s website is strategicanarchy.com.
Gulliver also has a game website, called swordofsales.com, which is a geeky computer game, in the old school style of a text based format. Where you go through it, and it create a sales approach for you at the end of emails, that you can use.
Learning should be fun, according to Gulliver, he’s bit old school, and he likes Dungeons and Dragons. He’s often closing sales, while at the same time playing Skyrim, or Call Of Duty.
An audience member, has written in with this question for Gulliver: “for someone just starting in business, what is the biggest advantage to starting with sales? Compared to copy writing, and other kinds of marketing.

  • How Damiano Went From $15k A Month Selling Ecommerce Websites To Closing His First $24k Deal
How Damiano went from $15k a month selling ecommerce websites to closing his first $24k deal.
Damiano is a member of the Daily Business Hustle mastermind, which is a paid business program.
Damiano's results are not typical. Some people perform better and some people perform worse.
It's up to the individual to implement the business model properly.

Damiano has been able to learnt and implement many things from the members in the Daily Businesss Hustle mastermind. As a result he was able to close a $24K deal with a client. He would have never imagined such business success without the help of the mastermind.
He has been able to achieve these great results after only 1 month participation in the DBH mastermind. It teaches where these type of clients hang out, how to reach them and how to close them.
Damiano went from a platform like Fiverr where people are looking for a $5 gig to other funnels where he can connect with larger businesses and sell services for thousands of dollars.
Damiano is in the eCommerce space and he builds eCommerce websites for clients. In the beginning he was offering absolutely every possible service in the eCommerce space to his clients. Right now, he is mainly focused on the web development part.
In the early stages of his business, Damiano was looking for new clients all by himself. He had just one funnel – Fiverr. He put all his energy into that funnel and grew his company to $10K - $15K a month. At the same time he was trying to connect with other retailers who were struggling with eCommerce. He was leveraging with the success stories that he had from Fiverr in order to connect with those people.
Relying on one funnel is very dangerous in business, because there is always a chance that this funnel would stop working.
Going to sales conversations with other retailers can be very tough and painful. On the other hand, it helps you deal with rejection. However, it is not a scalable model because it just takes too much of your time and effort.
Damiano is able to overcome all new obstacles very quickly, because can get helped with the other members in the mastermind.
He got a new funnel in his business and now he has customers that want to connect with him all the time. He is on the path of scaling his business.
Entrepreneurship brings so much uncertainty in life, but now Damiano sees it as a safety path in life.
Damiano got to the point where he is leveraging everything that he has learnt over the past 18 months and the knowledge from the mastermind itself to close more deals.
Before DBH Damiano was trying to close people with text messages and now he is doing phone calls which boosts his productivity dramatically.
Damiano cares a lot about clients who pay premium amount of money. That means he has to devote more of his time in order to deliver very high quality service. As a result he has to hire people who can take some of his workload off of him. Daily Business Hustle mastermind helped him a lot in terms of the mentality that he has to work on his business rather than in his business.

There's the light side and dark side of business. Which side are you on?
The South Park episode about the game: http://southpark.cc.com/full-episodes...
In this podcast, I’m going to talk about the dark side of business. I know many people, in many industries who run a business, and have many motives to do so: there are as many motives as people almost.
There’s one train of thought in business, and that is you need to make money no matter what. You need to get into a business, you don’t necessarily have to like, you just need to get into a business where you can get cash, and get rich to a level where you don’t have to worry about it anymore.
Only then do you actually switch to a business which benefits the world. In fact there’s a whole plethora of businesses out there, which are completely catered towards getting people addicted to their product: where they don’t have control over their finances any more, for example.
I’ll just give you a random example, you can buy video games on the phone. They’re designed to get you to buy into it a little bit, and then you buy in a little bit more. There are a certain small percentage of people, who will get addicted to the video game, and when they get addicted to it, they end up spending like four hundred dollars, per day, on the game, on in game purchases (there’s even a South Park episode about it, that explains it very well).
There’s a whole range of products and services like this. You can start all the way back when they invented cigarettes. The people who started these companies, knew that this stuff killed people, they had discovered this many decades ago, and they are still sell cigarettes to this day. It doesn’t really matter to them, if they benefit the world or not, it’s just about the cash.
That’s one way of looking at the world of business, and I’ll be honest, I know plenty of entrepreneurs who at least started like this (you may know them as well). They started in the dark side of business, with the attitude of: ‘I need to make sure I’m not worried about cash, and that I have the capital’. Then they invest in something that’s better for humanity, they build a business that actually helps people, they build a higher level business with a higher level purpose.

Aleksander Vitkin discusses the habits of the successful entrepreneur.
In this podcast, you will find out the habits you need, to be a successful entrepreneur.
Now I always talk about very important skills in my podcasts, like sales and marketing, and copy writing, and other important skills, that these days an entrepreneur should develop. As I’ve been working with beginner entrepreneurs, I’ve noticed that there’s a certain thing that they lack, almost universally when they try to start a business, and that’s to be able to put in a solid week’s worth of work.
A solid week’s worth of work, is something like forty five hours invested in your business, this is just like going to a job, but working for yourself, it’s not even a lot. I was doing twelve to sixteen hours a day to start this particular business, so forty five hours a week is not a lot. Trust me, anyone can do this.
I can pretty much teach a seventeen year old to do this, which I’m currently doing. If you read some books by successful billionaires, you’ll notice that they really put in their hours. They really put in their repetitions for the basics. They don’t really talk about super advanced theories about marketing, and entrepreneurship. They just focus on the basics.
Richard Branson for example, is really good at promotion, he’s extremely good at just picking up the phone, and just getting shit done, getting his face out there, and getting on stageand presenting him and virgin his company, in a really good way, which is really beneficial to everyone who is watching.
You can Google, or YouTube, some of his appearances on stage. He’s also extremely good at closing deals, and this is a recurring theme I’ve seen in entrepreneurs that I’ve seen reach billions of dollars. If you read their books, they really focus on the basics. It’s just like people who are really good at sports. If you ask them what they practice every single day, they’ll tell you: ‘I practice the basics.

In this podcast, I’m going to talk about sales. You’ll find out exactly what it takes, to double, or even triple your sales results.
I’ve noticed that a lot of people starting out in sales, they make a common mistake: they go through the sales process, and they get to the very end, and ask them to complete the payment, and then they can get started on the project. The prospect will say something along the lines of wanting to discuss it more, or that they can’t afford it, etc. Then what the sales person will do is thank them for their time, and then hang up.
This is the wrong thing to do, this how you miss out on ninety to one hundred percent of your sales. This is not the way to close sales, if you want to go for the close, you don’t go for it once, but four or five times. If you don’t go for the close four or five times, you’re missing out on everything.
You’re missing out on the client, the prospect is just checking if you’re legit, if you’re going to persist, if you actually know what you’re talking about, if you’re actually sure you can help him, because if you’re not, he can’t be expected to pay you four or five thousand dollars for a project.
If you get an objection towards paying, that’s when you hear the actual real reason as to why they’re supposedly not going to buy from you. It’s when you ask them to pay you, that’s when you hear the real story. Some people tend to be nice to you on the phone, if you’re cold calling, up until you ask for payment, then you’re going to hear the real objections.
