In this podcast you will find out how to deal with adversity as an entrepreneur.
There are a lot of things that can go wrong in business. I have had a situation when the electricity went down and I could not get any work done because I did not have Internet connection. That can be very stressful if your work gets interrupted in the middle of the day.
I am going to share with you several solutions that can help you avoid situations like this and still grow your business without having to deal with all kind of problems.
The owner of the apartment I am living right now has spent a great amount of money renovating it. Every time something breaks, he has to come here, talk with a bunch of people and spend a huge amount of time to fix the problem. This is the opposite of passive income for him. He did not set it up in a way where everything is hands off.
Some people setup their business so that they are the ones solving all the problems. They are trying to do absolutely everything by themselves like sales, client management, hiring and so on. That approach to business does not work.
Every deal they setup turns into a problem. They are not hiring people that can help them build a business. They are doing stuff to make their lives more complicated.
A real entrepreneur sets everything up where that does not happen. You need to make sure that any deal you make is as hands off as possible.
The key is to build a company that has the ability to hire the right people.
Instead of building a company that does some kind of service, you should set up a company that builds systems to and gets results for clients.
Almost everything you do in life and business is connected to this. For example, you may have struggles finding the right apartment and gym when moving to a new location. But, if you setup the right processes, you can avoid situations like these. You have to setup your life so that you have the least amount of problems.
You need to build a company that builds these processes and takes care of the problems that come in front of you.

You are going to learn some very valuable tips that will allow you to grow your business to 7 – figures and beyond.
One of the most common mistakes beginners make in business is that they think about how to get their first $100 or how to get passive income. They think about getting the client and delivering the work by themselves.
People are stuck in this freelancing loop. They think that once they get the client, they have to deliver the work and as a result, they don’t have enough time to search for new clients. They are not building systems. They are building a freelancing career for themselves.
There is a solution to get out of this trap.
You need to start automating your business. You have to hire people to work on processes in your business. That way you are the business owner and you have people who can do the delivery for you.
Once you have all the marketing tools, you can start testing ideas and see which one performs better. You need to figure out what your target audience is and who is willing to pay for your services. Once you see what works best for you, then you should implement it on a daily basis and it will get you results.
You will be able to choose the type of clients you want to work with. Then, you can create a funnel and start selling to them even if you have nothing to sell. You are just testing the market to see if someone will buy. If there is a demand for your service or product, then you build the service or product delivery company.
Instead of having a few people who can do the delivery for you, you can build a team building company.
People leave all the time and it can be really hard to find the right person for the job if you have limited time to do the delivery.
You are the investor and the entrepreneur of your own business. You need to invest in your own company. You may fail many times, but if you succeed just one time, your success rate will be more than enough to make your business grow.
If you want to reach to an 8 – figure business, you need to do lots of tests.

In this podcast, you’ll find out how to exactly price you product, and services, so you get the most possible profit in your business, and keep your customers happy at the same time.
I was speaking to my friend William, in the daily business hustle, and he gave me this awesome strategy to price your products, and services. He said: “during your sales calls, you want twenty percent you talk to, to say this is cheap, you want twenty percent to say this is too expensive, and you want sixty percent to say this is perfect, and then quietly pay.”
Most of the people will quietly pay you without saying anything, twenty percent will think it’s cheap, and that’s fine, and the twenty percent who thinks it’s too expensive, you don’t even want to do business with anyway. You can offer them a discount, if you really have to, but I tend to never do this.
You don’t want to under-price yourself. Your time, your service, your product is worth money, it’s valuable. This is one of the main newbie mistakes I’ve seen: people who start out in business, they tend to under-price their products, because they’ve had one unhappy customer, or they had a refund. They make up these excuses as to why they’ll under-price their product or service.
It’s really simple, you just want sixty percent to pay you silently, twenty percent to say it’s too expensive, and twenty percent say it’s really cheap. That’s the golden ratio for your business. So if you’re offering a webserver for two thousand dollars, and everyone’s just throwing money at you: “take my money, take my money it’s fine.” If they’re all doing this, then it means you’re under-pricing yourself.
If everyone is saying this is too expensive, then you must be in a country where websites go for almost no money at all. You may want to switch to a niche, where people can afford expensive websites, or you may want to decrease your prices, as that’s also a possibility.

Interview with Colin Theriot from Cult Of Copy.
    1. Top tips for copywriting from Colin, who has copywriters as an audience
    2. How to run a facebook group as a business
    3. How to manage a mastermind
    4. How to learn copywriting on the fast lane
    5. How to grow your group on Facebook
    6. How to hire copywriters
I’m interviewing Colin Theriot, and he’s actually a retired copy writer, who used to do seven or eight figure launches for different clients. Now he runs the biggest mastermind for copy writers on Facebook, that I’m aware of, and it’s his fulltime business.
It’s probably one of the most active Facebook communities, which I’m aware of. It’s got him to the point where he teaches people how to start their own communities, and he teaches people how to write copy. This year, he is expected to make two hundred and fifty thousand to three hundred thousand dollars from his Facebook group, which has fourteen thousand members.
Colin’s biggest tips for copy writers starting out, is to avoid mistakes, to keep in mind the mode people are in when they consume content on the internet. They are usually by themselves, on their own personal computer, or device. The mind-set he finds that it puts people in, is a one to one communication channel, because it’s them and their computer, and usually they’re just by themselves, and focused on it. Unlike a billboard, or a television show that they might be watching with the family.
When he’s creating something for online, he keeps it in mind when creating a sales letter. In his view, it should be written as though it’s coming from one person, and it’s written for one other person.
He uses the same approach with his email list: he doesn’t open with ‘hey guys.’ It should be written as though it’s to that one person reading it.
Another tip of Colin’s, is that a lot of people tend to get caught up, in copy writing being artistic or creative, in the way that writing a novel might be. It’s less about that, but about using a structure, and a format that you know has been successful elsewhere, and then you try to replicate that, with whatever it is that you’re selling.

Interview With Nick Kho (CEO of Real Social Dynamics)
    Real Social Dynamics website: http://www.realsocialdynamics.com
    Topics:
    - How do you start networking if you don't have a lot to offer yet?
    - Which events are more suitable for networking and which aren't?
    - How to set goals at events?
    - Steps to closing a sale at events
    - How to meet a lot of people successfully at events?
    - How to establish valuable relationships by networking?
I’m interviewing Nick Kho, who’s one of the best net-workers in the world. In this interview you’ll find out which events to go to, how to build valuable relationships, and even close sales.
You can meet a lot of successful people: millionaires, billionaires, industry leaders, whoever you want to meet, and achieve your goals.
Nick is the CEO of Real Social Dynamics, and I’ve seen him connect with millionaires, and billionaires. His company, has offered thirty thousand dollar seminars in the past, and still currently offer that for networking, and sales. He’s probably the best worker that I’ve seen, in the field. His whole business is based on meeting people, and the business teaches thousands of people every single year, on how to do it.
He’s travelled to one hundred and eight countries, and he just got married to his wife. When he was in his hundredth country, he was busy organizing networking events, and he’s the founder of Zeppos house.
He’s organized an event in New York, with bestselling author Michael Ellsberg. Other people like Tim Ferris showed up there, and other bestselling authors. He’s organized other big events in Las Vegas, and he also wrote a chapter in a book by Emit.
For someone who thinks they don’t have a lot to offer yet, who doesn’t have a well running successful business yet, and is not very successful yet, in Nick’s view, they should network: a lot of successful CEO’s enjoy networking, and just hanging out with people, who have that common passion for business, and entrepreneurship.

In this podcast, I’m interviewing Rajesh Gupta, who owns a software development company in India. I used to work with him for about six months.
His company has grown to five million dollars, and we are going to talk about how he built his company from scratch, over the past fifteen years. He used to have a job at a corporation, and then he quit that. He worked at a telecom giant for almost five years, and after that his manager was looking to start a company, to do something which no one had done in Rajesh’s family.
So he started a company, called NetUse in 2000, which they started from his bedroom. Now he has three hundred people working for him. The journey has been good, and it’s had its up and downs like anything.
The first customer, he still remembers came to him through an email marketing campaign at the time. In 2000, hosting a domain company was very big stuff. There were a lot less companies back then providing domain hosting.
He knew about the web hosting companies, and how to operate the technologies in relation to that. They started contacting a few web hosting companies, but the companies didn’t know how to actually host the domain. So he contacted them, and did a few projects, and the rest is history.
They built a good reputation with their first client, through word of mouth, and it’s still their biggest advantage, because of the good service they provide. He always believes they should stick to the customer, whether they are in a good, or bad patch.

What does it mean to actually take complete control over your time?
What can it do for you? How can you achieve this? Find out more by watching the video :)
In today’s podcast, I’m going to be talk about how you can take complete control over your time.
If your friends ask you to go to Sweden, and hang out in Sweden, and go to some clubs, and party, while doing some work, and meet some nice people, and Just go on a whim to Sweden, or you want to spend some time with your family, not in traffic jams. Or you want to go on holiday with your family, go ahead on holiday with your family.
Do whatever you want, as long as you do your work of course. You can take complete control of your time, by taking complete control of your finances. This is the most important thing, because if you’re selling your time for money, your time is controlled by who’s paying you. It’s very straight forward really. So a company, or a corporation for example, they tend to lose between six hundred thousand and one million dollars, per employee that they lose. This means they have a very high productivity, and efficiency per employee, but also means that your time is worth ten, or twenty times more than what you’re getting paid for right now.
This is an oversimplification, I admit this. However, me and my friends and many other people, including many people in my mastermind, we can make money online, we can develop our own business. It’s not too complicated, and it’s not impossible. If I can do it, anyone can do it, my friends can do it.
I’ve seen people do it in one year, six months, 3 months, 1 month, it’s completely possible. To get started with this, you need to pick a skill you’re going to learn, like sales, marketing, or copy writing. These are skills you can learn, and you can get clients online, on the internet, or by sales. It doesn’t really matter, as long as it’s remote, then you have control of your time, because you don’t have a job, you have a business. You can control how the product, or service is delivered, you can scale it. You can hire people to take over roles inside your company, so that you spend less of your time, not doing what you want to do, and that’s how you build your business.

  • How The Job Grooming Conspiracy Is Keeping You Poor
By the way, I don't mean there's an actual conspiracy of people sitting at a round table, plotting how to keep you poor.
It's a lot of factors working together that keep people in check so that society remains the way it is.

You have been raised and groomed from a young age, to be poor, helpless, and not to know too much about the world around you. You are doing what the people upstairs tell you to do: not make too much noise, talk with a quiet voice, and be a good little boy or girl. They want you to get a job, and become a “valuable” member of society.
    Enter The Job Matrix
This is being taught to you, from a young age. When I was in elementary school, only twenty years ago, I had to stand in line, and if I went out of line, they would yell at me, to get back in. I had to do group activities, and if I didn’t participate, I was a bad boy.
That’s the way the education system works. If you don’t do your homework, you’re a bad person. If you get bad grades, you’re announced as a stupid person, and they announce it publicly in front of everyone. Everyone knows their grades, and where their standing is in the class.
Of course, to a nine year old, this will seem very important to them. They’re being raised in a factory like setting. It’s because it’s efficient, and education was designed when people worked in factories. I’m not an expert on this sort of thing, but this can be applied to business.
In business, if you want to succeed, you can’t help but have this helplessness you’re being taught: ‘ok just follow the rules, don’t look outside the rules, just follow the rules, and the straight and narrow path to success.’ This means be smart, do well in school, get a nice job, pay all your taxes, and do all that. This is society’s view, of the narrow path to success.

What is the connection between TV sports, Game of Thrones and your motivation to do business, hustle and learn new skills? Find out in today's podcast.
    Add me on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vi...
In this podcast, I’m going to talk about your passion, motivation, and any skill you want to learn right now.
You can unleash your passion and motivation (this is just my personal view), but you have to bare in mind, that you have a limited amount of motivation and passion, that you can distribute. The average person cares about Game Of Thrones, a popular TV show, and sports teams, and the big fight, in boxing.
I believe that their passions and motivations, are imprisoned in them caring to much about insignificant stuff. There are these big flashy games, and stories that we get entrenched in. We really live these stories, as if they were our lives. I really believe that people tend to live them, as if they were their own lives.
They care more about the stories, about the football teams, about the boxing match, about the fiction, and Game Of Thrones, that they forget to invest as much passion and motivation in their lives. It’s not your fault, it’s no ones fault. You have a limited amount, and if you spend it on TV shows, and on the games, series, and football matches, and all that kind of stuff, you’re left with very little at the end of the day, and you don’t feel very passionate, or motivated. I’ll hear someone say something like: ‘I just wanna go to bed, watch TV, drink with my friends, and eat pizza.’
After that, good luck starting a business, it’s a skill that’s hard, with a plethora of skills that you need to learn.
You can unleash your passion, and motivation, so you’re really interested, and commit one hundred percent, with this one trick, that I’m about to explain. Game of thrones, is designed to be addictive, it’s designed to be addicting with cliff hangers, and where you don’t know what’s going to happen next. The simple solution, is you Google all the spoilers. The books have been written, you Google the spoilers, and you know what’s going to happen. I’ve Googled all the spoilers, and I know everything that’s going to happen, until next season.

I used to believe it wasn’t possible to achieve the level of success I wanted, because I was on a path, which was pre-determined by our circumstances, our experiences, and where we were born. I was born in soviet Russia, and everyone was equal, equally poor.
When I went to Belgium, and I went to high school in Belgium, teachers in high school used to tell me: ‘maybe you should get a job working with your hands.’ Thankfully I didn’t believe them, I didn’t buy into it. I don’t why I didn’t believe them, and as time went on, I realized it doesn’t really matter what people around you tell you.
It doesn’t really matter the success you’ve had in the past, it doesn’t really matter where you’re born, it doesn’t really matter what kind of situation you’re in. What matters, is your work ethic, and implementing what works, time and time again. This has been proven by many people, including me, and my students.
It used to be, that when you wanted to start a business, you’d need start-up capital, and you’d go to a bank, and you got on your knees, and you accepted twenty years of slavery, by having to pay back debts to the bank. You needed all this start-up capital, paper work, and it was pretty stressful. I don’t envy people who started up businesses back then.
Times have changed: the way it is now, you need just a small amount of capital to get started, and in fact you don’t even need to register as a business, until you get your first sale.
The failure rate, when starting a business is traditionally very high (eighty to ninety percent), but that’s in the past. The high failure rate, was because of people who started alone, and tried to scrape together a business plan, and follow something, that may or may not work.
