If you figure out how to automate your business you are going to be able to allocate more of your personal time to building your business instead of being an employee who does just about everything.
Who is this actually for? It is for people who are already at a certain point of a business where there is enough cash flow that they can reinvest into automation stuff, automation processes in the business.
What does this mean? It means that a lot of the things that you are currently doing as a solo entrepreneur you are going to be able to give to someone else and they do it. So, those tasks are given away. You train them, you pay them to do the work and you will have more free time for whatever you want. Probably activities that will build your business or of course you can allocate more time to having time off or going on a holiday.
But let’s just assume you are interested in growing a successful long term business. So, in that case I assume that you want to grow your business by automation. Free up your time from tedious and low money producing activities and put that time in sales and stuff that actually makes a lot of money.
If you cannot figure this out you are always kind of going to be stuck at grinding them out and trying to figure out and make stuff all by yourself and always having the split tension of trying to do 10 different tasks at the same day. It is really hard and no one can be good at everything.
You need to find people that are actually good at stuff that you do not want to do in your business and to focus on the stuff that you want to do, for example sales.
How do you automate stuff in your business? Let’s use a service business, for example an agency.
What should an agency do to become more scalable? Automation leads to scalability, because if you hire people and if you automate stuff and if you are not doing stuff personally anymore in your business, that means that the agency will be able to grow right?
The agency has multiple processes. For example, someone does sales, someone does lead generation, someone does managing projects, someone does talking to the clients, someone is delivering the project. Sometimes multiple parts of this are done by the same person.
In bigger agencies there are more specializations among people working for it. For example in a small agency a person will be managing the project and talking to the client, but in a bigger agency the person will be managing the project and another person will be talking to the clients, especially if it is technical stuff.
For example, tech deliverables like websites and software and stuff like that, especially there the project managers are often times separate from the account manager, from the person talking to the actual clients.
How do you automate all this? What all of this means? These are all just processes. In your company it could be different. In your company you need to split everything up. All of the stuff that is in your company, just split it up into processes.
You need to have documents or videos that explain every single part your company. Here is what this part does like lead generation, here is how to get sales, here is how to manage the projects. You make it into easy to read documents, so that you are able to give it to someone who will watch or read the documents.
If you think that from day 1 you will automate your business and you will just go and lie on the beach, it is going to take more time than that. You cannot get out of the business forever. You need to still put time in the business.

  • What Is The Next Million Dollar Business Idea (The Truth)
Every potential entrepreneur is looking for the next big idea. Here's my breakdown on how to approach this problem and come out on top; build a solid business that makes you a million dollars.

It is actually ramped in the entrepreneur community. I would even go as far as saying that more people are being stopped by so called “Not having an idea” than in anything else or any other reason in business not to get started. It is the biggest reason not to start a business that I have seen in my 8 years that I have been in business.
Why do people believe this? When you go and read websites like entrepreneur.com, forbes.com, you are always reading how an entrepreneur had an awesome idea and they were able to get money, get funding and then overnight it turns into a billion dollar company.
It is as if these businesses are started based on having a good idea and that is what made them successful. None of these ideas like for example Facebook are original ideas. There were other websites before Facebook that were very similar.
If you watch videos about how to become an entrepreneur you already know that it is about the execution.
How do you start a business if you have no idea? If you do not have this super awesome idea like let’s make something that is a billion dollars.
First of all, the easiest way to start a business is to go and find companies that are already offering services that are appealing to you, that are resonating with your personality.
For example, if you have a nag for working with technical stuff and you have a nag for talking to people, then you may want to get into selling digital services. This is a very common type of business that people start right now. There is a huge demand.
If you have a nag for real estate, you have always been super interested in houses and properties and locations and plots of land, there are people like that. So, if you are really interested in that maybe you should get into real estate.
Imagine you choose one of these things, you choose a general area and you are not super committed to it yet, because it does not really matter too much. It is just easier to get started if you have some affinity with it.
Let’s say you have some affinity with it and you choose for example offering services for companies, then you go look up companies that do that, you go look up companies and on yellow pages or Google where everyone are going to look, just look up their adds, look up the companies that are actually spending money on adds.
They are most likely making decent money. Otherwise they wouldn’t have money to be spent on adds. So click on their website and look around. What are they offering? What do digital agencies offer for example? Do they offer website design? What do they call the website design? Do they offer some kind of adds on Facebook, on Google? What do they call these adds? What is the service called? Is it part of the package? It is all listed in these websites.
Then you go and look if you can offer these services or if you can team up with someone or hire someone who can offer these services. Of course you only pay the people who outsource to, you pay their salary or whatever you want to call it only once you start getting sales.
From my experience I can tell you that most of these people are not really a competition. There is a very small percent that are worth even looking at. If you are able to perform at the top 10% of an industry you are able to build a seven figure company relatively easily.
Being in an industry for a very long time, being a hustler, getting good at all these skills and becoming top 10% in an industry, that will give you the money, the knowledge and the teams to build any kind of business that you want.

Many people spend their entire lives doing jobs they do not like and starting companies they do not like. When they do start a company sometimes the company makes a lot of money and they do stuff inside the company that they do not like and they spend their entire lives like that.
What ends up happening is they are not happy with their businesses, it is not growing as fast, because they do not feel the satisfaction. Sometimes they even give up and go back to having a job.
I want to help you find your strengths, so that you can enjoy your life and you really do what you are the most passionate about.
I always believe, for me personally, that you do not need to find your passion necessarily, that you can learn how to become passionate about anything. However, many people disagree. So, for those people I am making this podcast, so that you can take a shortcut and start with something that you already enjoy.
If you start with something that you already like from day one, you are going to be able to grow your business faster and get started with ahead start as opposed to learning to like something from the first day, which can be considered a waste of time.
Some people are better naturally at music, some people are better naturally at sales. If you find your strengths you are going to be able to go to a much higher level in that skill, you are going to be able to master it at a much higher level than if you force yourself to learn it.
For me personally, I have learned sales the hard way. I was not naturally inclined to do sales. I was not naturally inclined to get on the phone and talk to strangers and get money from them. I was even too shy to call people and say anything even if I wanted to buy something. I was even too shy to shake people’s hands properly. That is how bad I was.
For me I had to learn it the hard way and I did not enjoy and the first 3 years I did not enjoy it. I even practice sales by calling girls whose phone numbers I got at parties. And that is the hard way of learning sales.
I learned the skill of sales and now I am super passionate about it. I enjoy doing it a lot. It is one of my favorite parts of my business. So, you can learn to enjoy anything, you can learn to get good emotions from anything.
How do you actually find out what your strengths are? There are a few things you can do.
For example, you can go look at what you procrastinate on. If you procrastinate on something and you avoid doing it over and over and over, most likely that’s not one of your strengths. People generally like doing what they are good at. So, if you procrastinate on it and try to avoid it that means most likely you are not good at it.
Look at what you are looking forward to every day. When you go to your job or you have a business and you have to do some projects in your business then what you are actually forward to, what you are actually wake up in the morning.
What do you really struggle with? For me that is accounting and administration. I need people who are the opposite of my personality to do that instead of me. I refuse to do it in my business, because it will make me very unproductive.
What you are truly satisfied with when you do it? For many people this is helping other people or contributing to society, contributing to non-profit organizations.
What do you do in crisis? How do you handle crisis? When you put yourself under a lot of pressure you are able to see what you are truly made of. The way you handle crisis says a lot of you personality.

In this podcast you will learn how you can bring your coaching services from a level of where you are dealing with clients that are low paying, annoying and stressful to high paying clients that are paying you tens of thousands of dollars who are not a pain in the ass, reply to you when you need them to reply, work with you on deadlines, on time and generally they make your life nice as opposed to living hell.
If you are looking to improve how good your clients are and if you are looking to make sure that you are working with people that are top notch and that are the best quality clients that pay you the most money then this podcast is for you.
If you are getting started in business right now, you need to worry about anyone and making your sales work, your marketing work, making sure that you have that cash flow coming in, so that you can invest back in your business.
But, if you are already on point and you are already getting studies from your clients, now it is time to be very, very picky with who you work with. If you decide that you want to work with everyone, if you decide that you do not care who you work with and you scale your business like that and you are not amazon, you actually provide a customized service or coaching then you are going to need to make sure that you are very, very picky.
How do you select good clients? I call this clients screening. You screen the kind of clients that you work with, you select them very carefully and here are a few points to look at when I am screening clients.
If I want to work with them and by the way just to make it very, very clear I am super, super careful who I work with in a sense that: “It is a sales call. Actually they are selling themselves.”
So, here is what I look for or I recommend you look for when you are choosing your clients.
    Key points:
1 - You need to make sure that in the first 10 minutes of the conversation you have an idea of whether or not they will be able to afford your services. There is nothing as annoying as spending 25 minutes talking to a client or even 2 hours talking to a client just to find out that they are broke and they cannot afford your services and you need to go and talk to someone else instead, that are 2 hours just gone. Ask before you continue the conversation.
If your service is the best possible service that they can get, if they would actually buy from you, if not that is great, you just help them out and you close the call as soon as possible and do not spend too much time with them. Do not just leave the call, because they suck. Be very polite, help them out a little bit, but do not take these clients, because they cannot afford your services.
2 - I am looking for clients who have enough time to work with me. So, I recommend you do this as well. It is very important that you look for people and only for people who have the actual time to work with you.
3 - You should make it super clear that you are very picky to who you work with and they need to explain why they are motivated to work with you. This is like they selling themselves to them. This is the crucial part of any sales interaction with the client. Anyone who does not do this in their sales, you are very much guaranteed to charge little money and have bad clients.
