In this podcast you will learn how you can bring your coaching services from a level of where you are dealing with clients that are low paying, annoying and stressful to high paying clients that are paying you tens of thousands of dollars who are not a pain in the ass, reply to you when you need them to reply, work with you on deadlines, on time and generally they make your life nice as opposed to living hell.
If you are looking to improve how good your clients are and if you are looking to make sure that you are working with people that are top notch and that are the best quality clients that pay you the most money then this podcast is for you.
If you are getting started in business right now, you need to worry about anyone and making your sales work, your marketing work, making sure that you have that cash flow coming in, so that you can invest back in your business.
But, if you are already on point and you are already getting studies from your clients, now it is time to be very, very picky with who you work with. If you decide that you want to work with everyone, if you decide that you do not care who you work with and you scale your business like that and you are not amazon, you actually provide a customized service or coaching then you are going to need to make sure that you are very, very picky.
How do you select good clients? I call this clients screening. You screen the kind of clients that you work with, you select them very carefully and here are a few points to look at when I am screening clients.
If I want to work with them and by the way just to make it very, very clear I am super, super careful who I work with in a sense that: “It is a sales call. Actually they are selling themselves.”
So, here is what I look for or I recommend you look for when you are choosing your clients.
    Key points:
1 - You need to make sure that in the first 10 minutes of the conversation you have an idea of whether or not they will be able to afford your services. There is nothing as annoying as spending 25 minutes talking to a client or even 2 hours talking to a client just to find out that they are broke and they cannot afford your services and you need to go and talk to someone else instead, that are 2 hours just gone. Ask before you continue the conversation.
If your service is the best possible service that they can get, if they would actually buy from you, if not that is great, you just help them out and you close the call as soon as possible and do not spend too much time with them. Do not just leave the call, because they suck. Be very polite, help them out a little bit, but do not take these clients, because they cannot afford your services.
2 - I am looking for clients who have enough time to work with me. So, I recommend you do this as well. It is very important that you look for people and only for people who have the actual time to work with you.
3 - You should make it super clear that you are very picky to who you work with and they need to explain why they are motivated to work with you. This is like they selling themselves to them. This is the crucial part of any sales interaction with the client. Anyone who does not do this in their sales, you are very much guaranteed to charge little money and have bad clients.

  • Should I Drop Out Of University To Start A Business (The Truth)

It has been written that college and university is actually not very valuable, because the wealthiest and the most successful people did not go to college and you cannot contribute their success to college or university.
Most entrepreneurs did go to college and the vast majority did go to college, so I do not agree with that particular piece of information.
However, whether or not you should go to college mostly depends on you and your current circumstances, not on what other people have done.
Let’s go a little bit deeper into what you personally should do. There are people who should quit college and focus full-time into business. But, this is the minority and it is not for most people.
I have seen many people make the mistake of quitting. They see their idols, the people they look up to. They read books by people like Steve Jobs and they think they are like Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg. They think that because someone who has made 100 billion dollars did it, that they should do it as well.
If you are going to quit college or university it better be worth it. You would better have those huge goals, which you are going to focus 20/30 years of your life on and really work your ass off. Most people think that if they quit college, it will be less work and they will travel and have fun and money will just work our, because they will be entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs have money.
Entrepreneurs do not have money, because they are entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs who hustle super hard, have a little bit of luck, they work smart, find the right people to work with, choose the right niche and sell the right thing, do not get sued to much, do not pay too many taxes, those people can travel around and not work too much. But everyone else pays taxes, works a lot, not all of our employees are great from day one. It takes a few days to get good at it.
If you are going to quit your job, you would better make sure that you understand all of these things.
What actually are you going to get out of college? You will learn how to use your brain, you will learn statistics, Maths and economy and how does money work. Some of these skills are very useful and some of your employees in your company need to have these skills.
For example, I am not very good at accounting, but I hire people who are good at it. However, I know the basics of accounting. I know enough that I can understand that those people are making me pay too many taxes. College did help me with that.
I you intend to study science, then you would better go and study science in university, because it is going to be very hard to study it by yourself. You do need to study it from the professors who are experts in their field.
Who should drop out of college? - The people who are willing to work super hard, but also the people who are already making money. If you have not made for 3 months a consistent income of $3000/$4000 per month and if you are not sure that you can increase that and if you are not sure that it is scalable you should stay in college.
But if you are sure that this business is making you money and is generating a consistent amount of money that you need to bankroll all of your ideas, then you should quit college. In that specific case college is holding you back from building your business. If you let college hold you back, your company will not be able to grow and it is going to be average and you have to go and get a job.

  • How To Make More Money On Upwork With Freelancing
Everyone tends to use freelance platforms like upwork.com all wrong.
They communicate with the clients in a way that doesn't allow them to charge serious money.
In this podcast I explain how to easily solve this issue so that you can finally charge good money as a freelancer or business owner.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:

There are many people on Upwork who are looking for a specific service. On the other hand, you don’t need to look for a specific client. It does not matter who the client is. You have to do what the market demands.
Do your market research and target only that group of people where the market is huge. Even if the market is full of hairdressers, you have to adjust your business to them and offer services to hairdressers.
Most likely that is not the case. The market is full of people who are doing all kind of businesses, but in most of them are life and business coaches.
If you want to get started in the freelance business, there is one very simple thing you can do. Learn a skill, for example, Facebook adds or website creation, sell it on platforms like Upwork and charge as much money as you can.
What is the difference between freelancers and non – freelancers?
A freelancer is someone who sells his time to multiple companies. Selling time for money is what what freelancers do. If you think as a fully – fledged business owner, you are thinking about how you can maximize your effort.
Most business owners are very good at sales. They spend a lot of their time finding leads and getting new sales. Instead of thinking how much time should I spend, you should be thinking how you can maximize the time at what you are best at.
If you are a very good business owner, it will be very hard to get a better sales person than you. The skill sales is where business is. If you are good at sales, you will be able to get the work done cheaply. People who are good at sales will always get a better deal than you.
Even though you are an expert at Facebook adds and graphic design, even though you have amazing skills, the person who is good at sales will always get a higher price on what he is selling.
This is how business works. For example, a laptop can cost $200 to be made, but it costs $2000. You are not being scammed. That is just business.

  • Why Entrepreneurs Should Live In A Major City
Shot a new video about a very interesting topic...
Why entrepreneurs should live in big major cities...
Sounds a bit weird but it's actually HUGE for success.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
Some people prefer to live in small places where there is less stress and less noise. They have become entrepreneurs, because they wanted to travel anywhere in the world and not have a job in a building in a major city.
On the other hand, there are other people who prefer to live in major cities and want to have access to everything. If you are an entrepreneur who wants to make a change in the world, I would recommend you to stick to the big cities.
In my opinion if you want to build a real successful business and if you want make an impact on the world, you have to live in major cities.
The competition in bigger cities is much bigger. Everything is much more expensive than in smaller cities. It is almost impossible to find a place to live because of the high prices. The quality of life is very high. Only people who are the most efficient in their business are able to live in cities.
There are a lot of business owners, investors, writers. They always improve, innovate and make changes in order to become better at what they do. You can gain a lot of knowledge from them. These are people who can take your business on a new level if you ask your question in the right way. If you are not able to communicate properly, contribute to society, if your business is not on a very high level, it is very hard to survive.
The situation is the same in every big city like Tokyo, London, etc. Wherever you go, you tend to be the poorest person in the room.
There are people who live in small towns and they tend to be much more successful than others. When they go to a bigger city, they are much below average. If you end up in such a situation, you have to step up your game. If you don’t, you have to go back.
Just by being in a big city, the level of performance goes up automatically. Otherwise, you have to go back to where you came from.
When you see 10 other people who are more successful than you and make more money than you, that forces you to step up your game and perform better.
Every business in a big city is at a much higher level. It has a better marketing strategy, customer service. There is way more variety, more options for business opportunities and wealthy people who can afford to buy your products.
It is more expensive to live in a big city, but the people who you surround yourself there can push you to work smarter and become more successful.
People can go out of business just like that if they don’t adjust. The competition can kill you immediately if you do not pay attention.
When I visit a big city, I get a lot of invites for interviews and live events. People take you more seriously when you are not in a small village anymore.
If you want to become successful, move to a big city. There is noise and expensive life, but it’s totally worth it.
