  • How To Become Persuasive (4 Hidden Techniques)
Here are 4 hidden persuasion techniques you have probably never heard of, they will teach you how to become persuasive. This is a crucial skill all entrepreneurs should have.

I am going to share with you a few persuasion techniques that I have learned from 9 years in being in sales, coaching people and doing business in general.
If you learn how to persuade people properly and use these techniques to their fullest potential, you will be able to work with the best people and get the best clients. If you do not learn this, you are less likely to grow to a level that is beyond average.
Every single successful person is very good at persuasion. That is one of the most important skills that they use on a daily basis to get results in their business.
1 – Treat people like they need to be persuaded. People get pushed in their entire lives and they become numb to this sort of treatment. They get tired of this and they will notice that you are treating them badly.
If you treat them like they are your equal and they need to be persuaded, if you talk to them like real human beings, they will never forget you. You will have their gratitude forever.
You can say to them: “There are no limits. Despite the fact that you can do anything and talk to anyone and do business with anyone, I would like you to do business with me. I would like to see the value of this relationship. I want to make sure that you get the most of it.”
If you are that person, you can become a million times more persuasive in an ethical way.
You are giving people the choice and they are choosing to work with you. You are empowering them. You are giving them a better vision of what they have in themselves.
That is how you make the world a better place and that is how you get better at sales and persuasion. That is what true power is, not forcing people, but giving them the choice and letting them choose.
Here is what I have learned from working and hiring people? I have hired more than 300 people over the last 9 years.
2 - If someone is not motivated to do something without getting paid for it, money is not going to motivate them. You can give them more money, but it will not get them to do a better job unless it’s manual work.
I recommend that if you want to hire and work with people, get them to do it for free first or find people who are already doing it for free. Those people will be much more motivated. They are going to need less persuasion.
3 – The law of reciprocity. How do you implement reciprocity?
What to do if you want someone to give you something?
If I want to someone to treat me for dinner, I have to treat them for dinner and after that people are going to be extremely motivated to reciprocate this for you. If you give something to someone first, then they will be very likely to as is human nature to give it back to you.
You can test this by going into a club and give a drink to someone without expecting to give it back to you. Be friendly with them. Do not expect anything and see what happens. They will introduce you to their friends and maybe they will buy you something else.
If you send people free stuff via mail, they will actually end up buying. That is the law of reciprocity. People will treat you the same way you treat them. If you give people something, they will have a strong urge to give something back to you.
4 – Help people succeed. If you want to deal with people and have friends that are successful, help them succeed, because this is what they want. Every single moment they are thinking about how to get success, how to become a better person, so I can give more back to the world.
If you are a person who gives to other people and helps them succeed, then you will have tremendous power in their lives.

  • How A 23 Year Old Entrepreneur Runs A 6 Figure Location Independent Nearly Automated Business
Here's how Matt runs an online business while traveling the world.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
Matt is a member and instructor in Daily Business Hustle. He runs his own online business that makes about $10 000 per month. Matt sells services to companies. He also runs a company selling food. He leads a very interesting lifestyle and he is able to automate a lot of what he does. He is very efficient and he can focus a lot of his time on business.
What are your earliest memories in business? I was trading things at elementary school, selling little toys to people. It was like going to the mall and buying wholesale toys and reselling them at school. In high school I was trying to get people interested in business. I have started selling things on eBay. I was buying things from China and then reselling them.
I used to work in New Zealand a lot. I had a couple of jobs. After that I went to the Netherlands. I started going around shops and selling websites for all the shops in the Netherlands. I had a team of sales people, but there were many problems and it was very hard to do.
I failed from my business and dropped out of university, so I went to work at a corporation and I was not very happy with this life, so I have decided to join the Daily Business Hustle and I have learned how to create a business that actually works without failing.
I do not like to think about anything else, but business, unless it is like having a lot of fun. I do not want to think about the necessary things like preparing food, doing shopping. Those things are not pleasuring for me and there is no point for me in doing them. I want to be focused on business.
I automated online food delivery services. I do not cook for myself, although I am a great cooker. I do not want to do that, because it is a waste of time. I want to invest this time in business. It saves me 2 hours per day.
My assistant takes care of my eating habits. She is responsible of choosing ingredients. She know what I eat, what is good for me and she orders things online for me. All I have to do is to open the door to the delivery guy and accept the food.
How did you manage to automate your business to that level? I think of business as equation. When you create your business model, you want to make sure that everything is automated. You have to make sure that every single piece of puzzle is being fueled by some kind of assistant.
I really want to make sure that lead generation, project management, sales are automated. I want to pay someone for lead generation. I want to make sure that either people take care of that or systems take care of that.
The lead generator is a person, sitting there, doing nothing else than sending proposals and making offers to clients. This person is in Vietnam. You can hire people all around the world and you can outsource things to many places and communicate with people well.
As soon as leads are coming in, there are sales people who can see the leads and then they are contacting the clients, they close deals. Once the deal is closed by sales people, they get commission automatically coming to their bank account. I get my part for the company and the project manager can see the project in a CRM system.
The project manager is controlling the development team or marketing people and people who are actually delivering the project or service to the client. Everything is automated. I do not need to even take care of this business.
How do you train the sales person? I did sales for around 6 months myself. I have all the knowledge and capability of training other people how to close the deals.
There are people trying to follow you to work for you rather than you trying to convince them. Sales people are very motivated. Commissions are very high for them. They are very happy, because they can work from wherever they want in the world.

  • Do Entrepreneurs Need College (The Truth)
Do entrepreneurs need college? Why do a lot of them drop out? Here are the answers.
“Want to connect on facebook? Add me on Facebook:
    http://www.facebook.com/aleksander.vitkin
    Follow me on Instagram: @aleksvitkin”
How traditional education system kills entrepreneurship and the natural entrepreneurial drive in people? It makes people into bureaucrats.
I always hear that people are talking about school and after they get their degree they will get automatically some kind of job and security. But when I talk to entrepreneurs I hear exactly the opposite.
Unless you are an engineer, computer scientist or a doctor, there is no worth in getting a degree, because only in a few industries there is a huge in supply in demand difference in the favor of the employees. In most industries if you graduate you are worth a lot less than someone who does not have a degree, but has many years of experience.
The school system was created by bureaucrats. The people who teach in the school system are trained bureaucrats. They teach according to the curriculum that they are supposed to teach and they are not focused on results and they don’t communicate with entrepreneurs.
The professors and college teachers do not talk to entrepreneurs. They are not thinking in that way: “What are we going to teach that is going to connect with what exactly entrepreneurs need right now?”
After people come out from college they have skills like word, excel. They don’t know sales, marketing knowledge, run or support a business. They can barely pick up the phone and make a phone call.
The entrepreneurs, the people who got results and know what they are talking about are not eager to get into politics and change the system, because for them that is anti – entrepreneurship. It is a system that is being designed to take money from high producers and give it to low producers. That is how you get elected. They give you stuff in exchange of your vote. Politicians are not entrepreneurs at all.
Politicians help setup the school system and everything that supports it to create more bureaucrats and more people like them. This class of people is anti – entrepreneurial is supplying a workforce for the entrepreneurs, for the people who are creating most of the value. They are looking to the system to give them qualified smart people.
Politicians do not want to go into the system and work from within the system to fix it, because it is not profitable and it is very hard to make an impact. It is very hard to get elected without lying.
Real entrepreneurs are moving away from being interested in politics. People who are getting into politics are not qualified to help create the educational system that is going to work for businesses and create more value.
Right now there is not too much growth in the western world and wealthy countries, because there is no more entrepreneurial drive. There are so much growth opportunities, but it is not being taken advantage of.
People do not want to do anything after they graduate. They just want to take a safe little job. Entrepreneurs do not like that. They want to educate, to involve other people and create stuff not through politics, but through entrepreneurship.
I believe that if more people become entrepreneurs, then they system will fix itself. More people will teach younger people and mentor them. It is not going to be like the traditional system. It is going to be a brand new system and it will replace the current system. It is going to be awesome.
That is my personal opinion on why the traditional system is killing entrepreneurship. More and more people are taking on the mindset, responsibilities and leadership roles of being an entrepreneur.

  • Do Entrepreneurs Need College (The Truth)
Do entrepreneurs need college? Why do a lot of them drop out? Here are the answers.
“Want to connect on facebook?
