Recently I spontaneously asked on my stories: share your biggest business goal and I’ll come back with an audio with my intuitive insights. Sharing audios. At the time of recording 73 people have asked their question.

When you do a lot of readings like this, there is the individual energy of the person asking the question about their specific goal and my specific message, insight or lesson. There is also a collective energy - the themes, messages and lessons that are prevalent across the group and are also relevant beyond that.

Today I'm sharing insights 6-10:

6 - Focus on having created your end goal and ask yourself why you want it.
7 - You usually can’t bypass fundamentals.
8 - Achieving your big goals can be easier than you think and harder than you think.
9 - To grow - start investing in you v knowledge.
10 - Step into the identity of the person who has achieved what you want to achieve.

Within this, there were lessons about energy, working with big goals and also strategy.

You can use one or more of the five lessons I share today to transform YOUR business:

1 - The energy and mindset work that got you here won’t get you there.
2 - Make it make sense.
3 - Energy BEFORE expansion.
4 - When creating a new offer, spend a lot of time thinking about the outcome for your clients.
5 - To go big, it’s more likely you need to simplify, streamline and scale than add new offers or create more complexity.

Well this is definitely a tongue twister isn’t it. How can I be the problem but I am not the problem?

This is something I see within a lot of my successful clients and peers.

1 - They are so willing to take FULL responsibility for creating what they want. To create this or to solve a challenge, they will look at "how am I the problem?" (Or more accurately: how could I be contributing to the problem?)
2 - After taking this responsibility, clearing any blocks and getting objective and clear, they shift into assuming "I am NOT the problem." And focus on solving the right problems.

When you spend time with your Biz Besties it is so nourishing and expansive and sometimes we just need that reminder to do MORE of it. There are so many benefits. Last week I went on retreat with Clare Wood, Denise Duffield-Thomas, Tash Corbin, Michelle Swan, Brigit Esselmont and Amanda Daley. It was the actual best.

I "met" all of these women online first and chat to most of them regularly. They are part of a much wider business friend network that I devote time and energy to - few of my business friends live near me, in Adelaide, so I need to travel to them!

Research tells us our social connections are one of the biggest factors in our long term health and happiness. Our friendship are a LOT more important than you might expect. Yet making time for business and personal friendships is something I can see some entrepreneurs let slide in the busyness of business and life.

Today I'm talking about why we need to value time spent on our friendships and social connections, the power of Biz Besties, how to grow your network and how your network CAN be a point of scale for you in your business.
