I feel very often that others (especially my partner Chris) has more knowledge, better judgement and insight than I do myself. Now, it's beautiful to get input and feedback from others yet when you mainly rely on others what to do you neglect your own inner wisdom and guidance.

And this is damn important if you are serious about living a life that is true to yourself.

this episode is not about exploiting the global situation to sell or lecture anything. It is simply a reminder to stay in your center despite any external challenges. It is a reminder to be in love and to be conscious about HOW YOU WANT TO RESPOND TO FEAR.

Fear is a great and natural mechanism. And for some, it is a compass and a drive in our lives. But when fear becomes our main baseline of how we operate, it creates disharmony in the long-run.

Also, this episode is a reminder that we are all connected and we are all in this together. Never forget this.

our health and wellbeing is our greatest asset. If this is not a priority in life, there is no career, no relationships, no anything... I know we get caught up in the illusion that we don't have time for that or that the health system is fully responsible to keep up well. (Yes, guilty of that myself.) But I believe it is not the case. We are fully responsible for our experience. And most importantly, we are the greatest experts in ourselves!

Honoring and taking care of our beautiful biological technology is an act of self-love. And ultimately a path of self-acceptance and empowerment.
