SIDE NOTE: I posted this pod yesterday but removed it 'cause I felt my "Sarah Connor", might be to harsh for some folks' ears lol! But as usual, I thought on it and came to the conclusion that this particular message HELPED ME in situations. This specific message is how I was able to dissect disillusion in order to break away from toxicity. So if it helped ME, then it can help others - right? This is ALWAYS my thinkin' when I decide to post on certain subjects. I pray my message although raw and gritty, can help you if you're in this kind of situation.
Have you ever noticed patterns in a person's behavior, that made you pause to pay closer attention to the situation?
Many times folks don't create boundaries within relationships (any relationship) because, if we love the person or even like them a lot, we may feel there's no need for boundaries and therefore let our guards down. People like to let their guards down because it makes one feel safe, and not tense or anxiety-ridden. When one lets their guard down it's usually because, one feels the other person has also let their guard down - and is being real.
But what if you discover that the other person/s was playing games the entire time, and the only way you found out is due to their "repeat episodes".
What do I mean? Listen to the podcast in order to find out. Make sure you have your butter cookies to go with this pipin' hot tea!
PS, just jokin' about creatin' a TV MANUAL lol, I'd never put that much energy into this issue.
