EPISODE 189./
First up, if you DARE tell us the sound is awful and you hated this episode, there will be repercussions. In case you missed it on our Instagram late last week, we discovered that Alex's mic somehow wasn't recording during this episode and YOU GUYS asked for us to make it work and release it anyway. We tried bringing up the sound and all you can hear is lisas mouth wetness... so anyway here we have it.
If you truly hate it, please head over to our IG page @allbasescovered.pod and you can catch the haul portion live as a video instead.

Next Alex is running through a few empties before we move into beauty faves, non beauty faves and snacks for the week.

EPISODE 180./
Listeners, we're back! Kind of, but not really!
Lisa is now a married woman and about to head off on her honeymoon so we have pre recorded a couple of episodes to fill the void in your heart which is us.
This episode starts with a disclaimer... because EVERYTHING we discuss in this episode is the definition of excess. You are beautiful as you are, and this is absolutely not us telling you that you require any of these treatments in the lead up to your big day. This ep is a discussion for those who a curious, about what treatments Lisa had done in the lead up to her wedding and how to strategically time appointments if you're considering trying something new!
