If you are a nerd, a woo-woo spiritual, Marvel fan, a fan of Women Who Run With The Wolves or believe in alignment- OMGAWD this is for YOU. This chapter in Women Who Run With the Wolves i swear must have been read before the making of Agatha All Along. Some crazy ass synchronicities happened the last 2 months. I was finishing my book and after seeing a few episodes of Agatha, I opened my book to a chapter with the words “Initiation in the Underground Forest” in the title… WHAT. And from there it was your classic nerd black hole meets obsessive research meets a talker.
Calling other nerds!
We’re taught that our worthiness is directly tied to accomplishment. Simply that’s not true. We are enough, we are worthy just by existing. I need these reminders often, so I took the liberty of guessing others needed to hear this message too. Thanks for being here.
What to teach kids can become a verrrry touchy subject. Let me just say, I am not a mother but I am both an auntie and a woman who grew up being told to be a “good little girl” and to say Yes, to be amiable…it came back to bite me. In this episode I share a thought from an article that changed my way of interacting with kids. That forced turn-taking or forced sharing may be the reason some of us serial people-pleasers turned out the way we did. I share psychological research on autonomy in kids and my own experience.
Please listen/watch with the context in which i share the information, context matters. thank you!
Good-feeling flow following Affirmations of safety, security and worthiness of good things and good surroundings.
For anyone who has bent over backwards and snapped from “help everyone/fix everything” complex - this is for US. Aka you yessed yourself into depletion and confusion of why or how you got there. No one is saying don’t be a caretaker, but I am going to go into the research of what can happen when we go too far doing for others and not filling our own cup.
This new version of you is safe. Good to listen to if you need an exhale and reassurance that you are safe where you are. In this flow I go through meditation of affirmations and stream-of-consciousness flow, “good feeling flow.” This Friday Flow is about safety in the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental sense.
Comparative suffering - ain’t nothing quite like that toxic cocktail. Misery matches do more than just make you feel invalidated - comparison in suffering can psychologically affect us negatively in many ways. In this episode I’ll share what research says as well as my own experiences with it.
this meditation of affirmations and good feeling flow is for those of us who have had injured instincts in the past and reconnecting to our intuition and confidence in our inner knowing.
One of, if not thee most, taboo words in the world. Where does the word “cunt” come from? I dive into over two centuries of beautiful cunt sighting and etymology. If you ever thought ‘cunt’ was a horrible thing to say, this episode is for you.
On the other hand if you love the word cunt, this episode’s for you too lol.
Good feeling flow is a stream-of-conscious type of meditation I do. There will usually be a theme for ex: safety, self care, prosperity, abundance, ease of living etc. Today’s intro flow has the theme of Manifesting & Allowing in order to become who you’re meant to be. It’s almost always in present tense to tell the subconscious what we want. I hope this reaches who needs to hear it.
