In this third episode in the Alloutcoach Company Culture series, I interview Brianna Carney from a successful, growing new fully remote global startup company called CrewBloom. In this third and final part of my podcast interview with Dave Giles, a  full-time father and an established pharmaceutical executive, he says  that "selling is as much a transfer of energy and emotion as it is a  transfer of information or persuasion". Dave Giles is a full-time father and former Pharmaceutical executive at  large companies such as AstraZeneca and most recently at Malinkrodt  Pharmaceuticals who has a unique, analytical approach that he translates  into practical real life stories that focus on the nuances of human  relationships. In this first part of my detailed podcast interview, Dave speaks about his illustrious career and about how he established himself as a leader by rising through the ranks unexpectedly for many due to his individualism and lifelong commitment to developing meaningful relationships. Cuddy is a social psychologist and professor at Harvard Business School. The stories I highlight from the two books as well as some tips from the authors will help you understand how to distinguish performance as an individual or a team and to focus on your presence and meaningful relationships you form throughout your networks in order to reach success, which unlike performance is unbounded and has no limit. The presence you develop may just be the difference between a high-performing individual and a widely recognized success story because it provides you with the power necessary which "does not corrupt, but reveal" as Cuddy cites Robert Caro. So reveal the authentic you with verbal communication that is comfortable and clearly flows consistently with the non-verbal gestures and communication you transmit to others!
