THE INTERVIEW
“The Law of One” is the most profound text Krista has ever read, and after reading it, she knew she HAD to share it with #almost30nation. It’s one of those texts where, after you read it, you know you will never be the same. It’s a historical text that was translated from a consciousness of the sixth dimension, known as Ra, through a woman. If you’re just starting to explore your spirituality in earnest, the book may be diving into the deep end — but if you are interested in aliens, history, sacred geometry, or metaphysics, “The Law of One” is a must read.
Aaron Abke is a YouTuber + a conscious influencer. He’s done several videos where he breaks down the Law of One, and if you don’t feel that you can read the text, that’s an excellent place to start. He is the perfect person to dive DEEP into all things consciousness, dimensions, aliens, pyramids — everything K + L LOVE to talk about!

THE INTERVIEW
Coaching is an increasingly popular career choice, but rarely do we see advice addressing the impact of diversity and inclusion, or lack thereof. That’s why it was so important for us to invite Trudi Lebron to share your knowledge and insight into the Impact + Equity Coaching space. Instead of thinking about making a specific salary or reaching a certain number of people, Trudi helps coaches consider social change and values. She sees coaching as the biggest opportunity for impact in the world, and she’s making sure it’s approachable, affordable, and equitable for everyone.
We dive into topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and what all the differences are between them. We also talk about what spiritual bypassing is, as well as some of the microaggressions Trudi has experienced in her work.

Everyone has had different experiences in quarantine and isolation — those who are enjoying it and others who are struggling & riddled with anxiety. As we see the world opening up again, we find ourselves thinking, “How can we maintain a sense of peace, groundedness, and a commitment to our evolution and growth?” That’s always been the point of this show, and this collective pause has really put a spotlight on the ways in which we must protect our energy and reflect on what’s truly important. We’ve also seen how focusing on personal growth can help us live a more aligned life and how making ourselves a priority positively affects other areas of our lives. K + L discuss how to reintegrate as the world finds its new normal and how to hold onto the lessons we learned during our time in quarantine.

Joseph and Lauren Sheehey are the co-owners of Cured Nutrition, a brand we are proud to say has been a partner of the podcast for years. But that’s not why they’re here today. We’re grateful that Joe and Lo decided to share vulnerably and truthfully the struggles they’ve faced in their relationship, and the ways in which they’ve been able to move forward regardless of the challenges. We also get into how Lauren healed from her eating disorder. It’s a powerful illustration of how we can heal in relationships, in love, and use our shadows to reveal the deepest parts of ourselves and come together even better.

K + L are here, as always, to have real, honest conversations — ones that challenge us, make us uncomfortable, and help us grow. This conversation with Thaís Sky on white privilege and white fragility from 2018 is one of those. These are important parts of who many of us are and what we experience that we need to look at in order to be better and do better. Our hope is that you are inspired to dismantle your attachment and support of systems that, for centuries, have contributed to blatant racism and inequality. Enough is enough. We ask that in listening, you have an open mind, are ready to learn, and are willing to explore how you can be a part of the change. .

Aaron Rose is the coach that K + L have been working with to help them uncover unconscious biases, be more intentional, and nurture inclusivity. There can be so much information, news, and things we’re seeing daily that can be very triggering right now. We hear that word a lot, trigger, and it’s important for us to unpack what that really means and how we can work against that. It’s okay to be triggered, but there’s something underneath that trigger that needs to be examined. How do we fix these deep-rooted issues that go so far back? Aaron teaches us his method of inner work for dealing with triggers.

This week we’re bringing back an interview we had with Rachel Cargle in December of 2018 because it is incredibly relevant to things that are happening in our world today. She has done an amazing job building a platform and resources for people, she raises money for marginalized communities, and she hosts The Great Unlearn on Patreon. We’ve talked about white fragility, white supremacy, allyship, and the issue of race, and these are all things that need to be brought back to the forefront. Rachel is doing so much to show us how to engage with white supremacy, how we as white people play a huge role in the race conversations going on, and how we can be better to support anti-racism. We need to work together against the system that has created this huge rift in society. We have so much power, we need to use that power for good.

We’re stuck at home, and sometimes searching for something to help stimulate us. That yearning inspired Lindsey to ask herself, “What can support me, what can stimulate me, what can make me feel better?” During this time in quarantine, Lindsey has been focusing on the little things that bring her joy to bring her back to a state of gratitude. In today’s episode, Lindsey shares some of her go-to things that she’s using during this time to give her more energy, inspiration, grounding, or physical self-care. From what she puts on her face to in her tummy, or how she move stagnant energy, this is a super-tactical episode that we hope helps you wherever you are mentally, physically or spiritually while in quarantine

Welcome back to the podcast, John Wineland! He is an icon for everything conscious relationships and intimacy - he is one of our absolute FAVORITES. And he’s here to share about how our nervous system is the central point connecting our spirit, our mind, and our body. Who said science can’t be sexy? Our nervous system responses are what lead us to believe emotions are there when what we’re really experiencing is just a natural reaction, and understanding that is key to changing your relationship karma. We also check in with John about his daughter passing and how he’s processing grief.
