In this episode I talk about how we as Moms can at times push our truths onto others and my perception of why that is. I talk about how our mindset and beliefs can hold us back on listening and being open to others and their differences. I answer questions, Why do we have to be right? Why do we feel the need to look at differences as a threat? and how we view others and treat them is really an example of how we view and treat ourselves. I give examples and suggestions on how we can change our mindset and use intention when interacting with others.  At the end of the episode I touch on how we can make sure we build our children up going towards the end of the school year. If they may not have performed to their full capabilities, it's okay and they are not their grades.
