Jeff Sampson, Cannon Falls Public Schools Superintendent gives details about their upcoming levy referendum. The district had a request fail last November. He says the state has not kept up their funding levels to cover inflation and that's why 96 districts in the state are requesting passage of a levy either for operating expenses or buildings. Cannon Falls is requesting 950 per pupil plus yearly inflation adjustments for 10 years,
