Amber Gwynn glows with self confidence, but it wasn’t always this way.

Bullied at school for her weight, she’s tried every diet under the sun, and still, she hated her body.

But when Amber developed multiple sclerosis, temporarily paralyzing her from the waist down, she realized how incredible her body really is and vowed to treat it with the love and respect it deserves.

This inspired her to become a passionate campaigner for self love, and she achieves this through her Non Air Brushed me Instagram account, where she posts untouched images of women of all shapes and sizes to her loyal 200 thousand followers. She's also launched an inclusive clothing brand called Nyata and shes also a model, a nurse, and a scout for leading plus size modelling agency Bella management. 

Amber is truly inspiring women to accept and love themselves for who they are and I’m very excited to have her on the podcast.
