Having observed the City Council work session today, Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr are thinking it isn’t just people who live east of IH49 and south of IH20 who are unhappy with Shreveport’s current elected officials. Why is Councilman Willie Bradford pushing to improve a ditch along the which is on private property with $6,000,000 of City money, as well as rezoning for low-rent apartments in their community which the people in his district do not want?
