Amy is a transformative educator, mediation teacher, founder of Inner Strength Education, co-founder of Emergence Education Press and the author of a number of books, including Adventure In Zanskar: A Young Woman’s Solitary Journey To Reach Physical And Metaphysical Heights.

Amy shares why she embarked on this solitary journey to reach physical and metaphysical heights and some of the most important things she learned while being there.
