With Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sentencing hearing scheduled for this Friday, prosecutors have upped the time they believe Diddy should spend behind bars. They are now asking he serve 11 years for his 2 prostitution convictions. As a part of their request, they included several impassioned letters from his victims, including from star witness and ex girlfriend Cassie Ventura Fines and her parents. 40-year-old Nigel Edge has a Purple Heart, two bronze stars and a long list of other awards and accolades for his service, but he is now facing 3 counts of murder and 5 counts of attempted murder after opening fire at a North Carolina waterside restaurant. Despite the powerful pleas from the victim’s son, West was declared dead at 6:22pm CT Thursday night, executed by the state of Alabama using nitrogen gas. West was convicted of the 1997 murder of a mother of two who was working at the gas station West and his girlfriend robbed, but in the wake of West’s execution, her son has a lesson for us all.

Investigators just returned the remains of 15 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez to her family, but have not revealed her cause of death or publicly stated she was murdered, even though her body was found dismembered.
