Keir Starmer has today shared plans to leverage artificial intelligence and stimulate economic growth. The government's new AI Opportunity Action Plan includes measures such as creating a national data library and instating 'AI growth zones'. But questions still remain about the government's capacity to implement its plans, particularly against a backdrop of economic hardship.
