Welcome Dr. Randi Raymond!

As an integrative medical doctor, Dr. Randi Raymond combines Eastern and Western medicine to create custom wellness plans and experiences. She has more than 20 years of experience and has always believed that the real answers for healing can be found in nature.

Dr. Randi has lived in Costa Rica since 2003 and currently hosts one-on-one or small group wellness classes and experiences for guests from around the world in her wellness center. She focuses on Oriental medicine, farm-to-table nutrition, mycology, and plant medicine. But clients can also choose from other treatments including massage, colonics, frequency medicine, ozone therapy, infrared therapy, yoga, meditation, qigong, life coaching, hydrotherapy and thermal therapy.

Dr. Randi owns a plant medicine farm in Costa Rica that is adjacent to one of the most biodiverse, protected rainforest parks in the world. She has plans to build a research lab and expand her work with medicinal plants and mycology.

Krista holds an M.A. in Military and Trauma Psychology, B.S. in Criminal Justice, Forensics and certified at the B.S. and M.A. level in National Security.

She holds over 60 certifications in mental health and wellness modalities for children and adults. Her work specializes in Post Traumatic and Occupational Stress from cradle to grave, hire to retire and beyond.

She has over twenty years' experience working with individuals to overcome developmental, relational, chronic, occupational, and acute trauma experiences from a whole person, whole life perspective.

Krista is active in Search and Rescue, & Crisis Response forcusing on the immediate mental health needs of both Responders and Communities in these intense situations. Today we welcome my beautiful friend Jennifer Saunders! Join us for this raw and venerable conversation of the unexpected path Jennifer gracefully navigates, everyday. When Jennifer's daughter was four years old they finally got the genetic testing back confirming she has the rare disease, Prader Willi.

Jennifer Saunders moved to Costa Rica, from Nevada, USA in 2006. Driven by a desire to surf, speak Spanish and be closer to nature. She is the owner of Aurora Yoga & Wellness Center in Playa Jaco. She is a founding member of ASOPRAWI, Costa Rica's Prader Willi Association and an active member of Jaco, Garabito Rotary Club.

Jennifer enjoys surfing, nature, art, travel and spending time with family and friends. She is Mom to Galilea and wife to Charlie.
