It's a Christmas miracle...in April?

Gianella and Luna Gonzalez, four-year-old twins from Liberal, Kansas wrote a Christmas list for Santa in December. They released multiple balloons with their list attached hoping all of the wishes would come true.

Leticia Gonzalez, the girl's mother told Good Morning America she did not think anyone would end up granting the wishes.

"It was a windy day and I just thought it was going to get lost, get caught up in a tree," Leticia said.

One of the balloons took flight and landed all the way in Grande Cane, Louisiana. Alvin Bamburg found the list which stated what they wished for. Gianella wanted flowers, earrings, stickers, candy, and a My Little Pony while Luna wanted a Frozendoll, candy, a Spider-Man ball, a puppy and a My Little Pony as well.

"I opened it, and it was a Christmas list. I just had to do something for them," Bamburg shared with Good Morning America.

He shared the picture of the balloon and list on Facebook hoping to find out who it belonged to. When Bamburg found out it was the Gonzalez sisters, he shipped them all of the items on their wish list, except the puppy.

"We did not expect it," Leticia said. "It was a big surprise to us."

Bamburg and his wife bought a puppy named Max and made the trip from Louisiana to Kansas to gift the pup to Gianella and Luna in person.

"We are very blessed. Thank you. Thank you for making my girls so happy," Leticia says in the clip from Good Morning America below. "You will forever be a part of our family."

In the video, Bamburg talks about the bond he now shares with the Gonzalez family.

"I hear them say Alvin, and they smile," he said. "And that just means everything. The world has been bad this past year. So if you can make just one person smile, trust me, not only will it help them, it will make you feel so much better."
