An elderly couple were driving and crashed through a fence and into the Long Island Canal. Bystanders saw this happen and immediately reacted...
Seven people, including two police officers, jumped into the water to pull the 78-year-old man to safety while rescue workers had to break a window to get to his wife, who was unconscious in the passenger seat.
An off-duty cop performed CPR on the woman and was able to restore her pulse and breathing.
The couple was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The performances last night were incredible.
Kane Brown did an amazing performance of his song "What Ifs"
Luke Bryan never disappoints and crushed his song "What She Wants Tonight"
And Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani's acceptance speech for Collaborative Video of the Year was awesome. Gwen was stunned that she just won an award in country music.

It's a new trend that has been going around.
Adults are "boozing" other adults during Halloween.
You probably heard of the "Boo" Game where neighbors fill up a basket with candy and treats and a note but now instead of candy and Halloween treats for the family, getting "Boozed" is a person secretly places a nice bottle of wine, champagne, or spirits, at a neighbor’s doorstep.
We like this trend way better!

Andie read Ryann's nomination live on the air this morning...
My name is Ryann Hendrickson, and I am a 34 year old Breast Cancer fighter from Phoenixville, PA. I am nominating myself 😊
This past March, after 2 years of infertility struggles, my husband and I got pregnant with baby #2, but we unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. Five weeks later, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. I had a double mastectomy, completed an IVF cycle to freeze embryos immediately after, and then started 16 weeks of chemotherapy. I started Radiation therapy on Sept. 23, and my last treatment is coming up on 10/28.
Cancer has taken a lot from me- my health, my hair, and the worst one- my fertility. I cannot carry another baby because of my diagnosis, so we are now on a surrogacy journey for our rainbow baby.
This diagnosis rocked our world. My family and I have endured a lot of pain this year, and it has been a struggle, especially having a 4 year daughter to take care of while fighting this ugly disease. But I am fighting for her, because she needs me. Her name is Grace and She’s my purpose to beat this thing and to stay as positive as I can be, because she is always watching me.
I am blessed to have an army of supporters- family and friends. Without them, I couldn’t have gotten through the last 6 months. I can’t wait to call myself a survivor.
Thank you for reading my entry! I hope you hear from you soon!

Ilene sent in her nomination for her friend Eleanor and Andie read the nomination live on the air:
I am in awe of my breast cancer warrior! My friend since kindergarten (we’re now 63 years old), Eleanor Buchler was diagnosed with breast cancer six years ago. She decided to undergo a double mastectomy. Eleanor had months of chemo and radiation. Eleanor fought the fight of her life and won, and now she’s made it her goal to support those who are still fighting the fight and to stay positive no matter what life throws at her. She designs and prints tee shirts every year for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and she donates the profits to breast cancer research.
Eleanor has been my friend for 58 years and my idol for 6. Please choose her for your Celebration Luncheon. No one deserves it more.
