On the morning of November 6, 2001, a park ranger working in Keystone State Park in Derry Township, Pennsylvania discovered the body of a male in the parking lot.  The man had been shot 5 times in the face, the chest, the buttocks and the back of the head with CCI .22 bullets. The victim was identified by his parents as 28 year old Andrew Bagby, who was a resident doctor with a family practice in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. It didn’t take long for Pennsylvania State Police to identify Andrew’s ex-girlfriend Shirley Turner as a primary suspect in his murder. -K&O;   Rate, Review and Subscribe on the platforms of your choice.
