It's the beginning of you year and you know what that means! It's time for the Animation Destination Awards! This week we take a look back at all the great stuff from the year and cover the best Animated Movie, Animated Series, Anime and a slew of other awards to talk about the best animation of the year! It’s the very first edition of ANIME MOVIE NIGHT (night, night night)! A brand new show idea where we sit down and watch an Anime Movie and talk about our immediate impressions. To kick us off this week we watched the Anime Classic Akira directed by creator Katsuhiro Otomo. It’s Tetsuo vs. Kaneda and we take the time to compare the changes in the manga version as well.
